Study On Influencing Factors Of Professional Identity Of Medical Staff In Community Healthcare Center In Wuhua District,Kunming

With the continuous development of primary health care reform,graded diagnosis and treatment has also become a key issue of reform.Although community hospitals have long been regarded as the "gatekeepers" of urban residents' health,the existing environment has made the career prospects of community health care workers in a fog.The core component of a community hospital is a general practitioner.As the main force in community hospitals,it is necessary to make community hospitals professional and technical.However,the talent gap of general practitioners in China has always been large,and the proportion of specialized general practitioners is insufficient.As a result,residents have doubts about the authority of doctors in community hospitals.Secondly,medical equipment in community hospitals is backward,and most medical staff believe that salary treatment Poor,community hospitals have small promotion space,the existing policy system has weak support for community hospital medical staff,and many other reasons have caused the hospitality of community hospitals to reduce their enthusiasm for their work,increase their sense of job burnout,and present a profession.The trend of decline in identity.In order to rationally allocate limited medical resources and reduce medical expenses,the medical reform has shown that the two-way referral system and the public hospital and community hospital consortium have had little effect.The overall improvement of the medical level of medical staff in community hospitals has made the combination of external protection and medical personnel's own level to enhance their professional identity.It has become an urgent issue to "make people pay attention".The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors affecting the professional identity of community medical staff in Wuhua District of Kunming City,and then propose solutions.After summarizing the factors affecting the professional identity of community medical staff at home and abroad,we conducted on-the-spot investigations on 15 community health service stations in Wuhua District of Kunming City,and processed the survey data to analyze the main factors affecting the professional identity of community medical staff in Kunming.The reason is based on this,based on the advanced experience at home and abroad to propose ways to improve.
