Clinical Observation Of "Tonifying Qi And Nourishing Yin,Soothing Wind And Resolving Table" In Treating IgA Nephropathy

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of symptoms in patients with IgA nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin before and after treatment with basic treatment of western medicine combined with"invigorating qi and nourishing yin method,soothing wind and relieving table",and to count the syndrome score,and the frequency of upper respiratory tract infection within one month.The urine red blood cell count and 24-hour urinary protein were measured,the serum creatinine value was measured,the changes of its indexes before and after treatment were analyzed,and compared with the control group treated with western medicine basic treatment combined with kidney rehabilitation tablets,the results were compared with those of the control group.To analyze the clinical effect of invigorating qi and nourishing yin and soothing wind and removing surface in the treatment of IgA nephropathy.Methods:In this trial,the patients with deficiency of both qi and yin in IgA nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups for one month,and all the subjects were recorded before treatment,and the patients with deficiency of both qi and yin were randomly divided into two groups for one month’ s clinical observation,and the patients with deficiency of both qi and yin were randomly divided into two groups for a period of one month,and all the subjects were recorded before treatment.After one month of treatment,the urine erythrocyte count(hereinafter referred to as urine red blood cell count),24-hour urinary protein quantity,serum creatinine,serum albumin,TCM syndrome score, frequency and safety index of upper respiratory tract infection within 1 month were detected by urine sedimentation microscope(hereinafter referred to as urine red blood cell count),24-hour urine protein quantity,serum albumin,TCM syndrome score,frequency of upper respiratory tract infection and safety index.The analysis was carried out by statistical method.Results:①There were significant differences in syndrome score,urine red blood cell count and 24 h urinary protein quantity between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05);②There was no significant difference in upper respiratory tract infection rate and serum creatinine between the two groups within a month(P>0.05);③there was significant difference between the D-value of the before and after treatment(P<0.05).④The effective rate was 79.4%in the observation group and 62.5%in the control group,There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:On the basis of the treatment of angiotensin inhibitor in western medicine,the combination of "invigorating qi and nourishing yin,soothing wind and releasing table" can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome of patients with IgA nephropathy,reduce urinary protein and excretion of urinary red blood cells.The remission rate of this regimen was higher than that of combined nephritis rehabilitation tablets.
