Health Supervision Assistance Model Research

With the continuous progress and development of the modern society,people’s demand for basic public health services is constantly growing.The implementation of hygiene supervision and administration services is conducive to narrowing the gap from urban and rural basic public health service provision and achieving the goal of equalization of basic public health services in the country.It is an extension of the health surveillance service anxieties at the grassroots level,and as a sign of health monitoring services in small villages and small towns.It is the bridge that connects the health supervision work with citizens’ daily life together.This paper chooses health supervision assistance in Fenghua District of Ningbo City,as its research objectives.Basing on the definition of related concepts,using the theory of public management,this article studies the development process of the health supervision assistance in Fenghua District of Ningbo City in order to defining the model of health supervision assistance.The investigation and research on the setting situation,system construction,and funds guarantee of the health supervision assistance stations in Fenghua District of Ningbo City and the basic situation of the health supervision coordinators,work development,training situation and satisfaction are carried out.Focusing on the analysis of the three major aspects from the operational mechanism,advantages,and problems of the health supervision assistance model in Fenghua District of Ningbo City are emphasized.Carrying out a systematic analysis for problems cause by existing in the team’s weak force,low work efficiency,heavy task,poor performance and low of Owners’ cooperation,putting forward suggestions and countermeasures of enhancing the strength of the team and strengthening the capacity for assistance,achieving the diversification of the assistance subject,implement the responsibility of the assistance personnel,reinforcing the construction of the information management platform,improving public governance awareness,etc.,in order to enhance the effectiveness of the mode in the implementation of the actual work and provide decision reference for the government.
