Observation Of Curative Effect Of Using Zhi-long Huoxue Tongyu Capsule To Treat Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo

Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of using Zhi-long Huoxue Tongyu Capsule to treat posterior circulation ischemia vertigo.Methods : 60 patients who are posterior circulation ischemia vertigo were randomly divided into observation group and control group,there were 30 cases in each group.Western medicine diagnostic criteria refers to Expert Consensus on Posterior Circulation Ischemia in China and Practical Neurology,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and classification standard refers to the diagnostic criteria from Standard of Diagnosis and Curative Effect of TraditionalChinese Medicine Syndrome.The control group was given the Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules 10 mg qd,the observation group was given 4 Zhi-long Huoxue Tongyu Capsule tid additionally,for 2 continuous courses of treatment with 7 days for each course.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom score,blood rheology,average flow velocity in vertebral artery and basilar artery,changes of the vascular pulsation index of vertebral artery and basilar artery and drug safety of the two groups were observed.Results:(1)observed after treatment of zhilonghuoxue Tongyu capsule clinical observation group total effectiveness 93.33%,control group total clinical efficiency of 75.56%,zhtc observation group the total clinical efficiency was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);(2)improve the TCM symptom score in two groups after treatment.But the zhtc observation group after treatment of vertigo,nausea and vomiting,tinnitus,fall,tongue were significantly improved,the control group only in vertigo,tinnitus,pulse three symptoms improved and zhilonghuoxue Tongyu capsule in the observation group,vertigo,tinnitus symptoms improved better than the control group,indicating the zhtc Huoxue Tongyu capsule observation group on vertigo of TCM symptoms improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);(3)the two groups of patients after treatment hemorheology indexes were improved(P < 0.05 or P < 0.0l),zhilonghuoxue.The observation group except plasma viscosity and other indexes were improved,the control group only erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte sedimentation rate are improved,and the zhtc observation group compared with the control group improved significantly,showed that zhtc observation group can significantly improve patients chemorheological index;(4)blood flow velocity the two groups after treatment of vertebral basilar artery(Vm)were improved,but the zhtc observation group improved significantly than the control group(P<0.05),that blood treatment of Huoxue Tongyu capsule observation group can effectively improve the vertebrobasilar artery;(5)The vascular pulsation index(PI)of vertebral artery and basilar artery were effectively improved for the observation group,yert no improvement were seen for the control group.meaning that the treatment of the observationg group have decreased the vascular resistance and increase the elasticity of blood vessels of the patients;(6)significant adverse events were not observed during the observation period.Conclusion: Zhilong Huoxue through blood stasis capsule in the treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo in improve symptoms,improve the index of blood rheology,improve cerebral blood supply has a better curative effect and clinical use is safe.
