Clinicall Obervation Of Scalp Cluster Acupuncture Combined With Respiratory Therapy In Treating Lung Qi Deficiency Cold Type Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Scalp cluster acupuncture combined with respiratory therapy and traditional acupuncture in treating Lung qi deficiency cold type Allergic rhinitis.It provides an effective method for the clinical treatment of Lung qi deficiency cold type Allergic rhinitis.Methods: All the 60 patients met the diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency and cold.According to the time sequence of the first diagnosis,the patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,namely the treatment group and the control group,with30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by scalp cluster acupuncture combined with respiratory therapy;the control group was only by Conventional acupuncture therapy.According to the evaluation of Score for symptoms and signs and the Rhinoconjunctivitis quality Of life questionnaire(RQLQ)after 4 week treatment in both groups.The changes of RQLQ score were followed up 3 months after treatment to determine the long-term efficacy.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:1.The Score for symptoms and signs and RQLQ of the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after the four courses of treatment(p< 0.05).2.The RQLQ score in the treatment group was significantly lower than which in the control group after the 3 months treatment(p< 0.05).3.The effective rate of the treatment group 90.00%,was obviously higher than 83.33% in the control group(p< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both Scalp cluster acupuncture combined with respiratory therapy and Conventional acupuncture therapy are effective in treating allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency and cold.2.Scalp cluster acupuncture combined with respiratory therapy can produce a better therapeutic efficacy than Conventional acupuncture therapyin treating Lung qi deficiency cold type Allergic rhinitis.In particular,the treatment of runny nose,nasal congestion symptoms significantly curative effect.3.Scalp cluster acupuncture combined with respiratory therapy is superior to conventional acupuncture therapy in improving the quality of life of patients,with better long-term efficacy.
