Exploring Professor Liu Qiquan's Experiences In The Treatment Of Gastro-esophageal Reflux Disease Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective: To summarize and excavate professor Liu Qiquan's experiences in the treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease(GERD),which will be helpful to inheriting the experiences of famous Chinese medicine practitioners and providing references for future scientific researches and clinical researches on GERD.Methods: 157 Liu Qiquan's effective prescriptions in treating GERD was entered into the “TCM Inheritance Support System(V2.5)”.With the statistical analysis methods of the software,Professor Liu Qiquan's experiences in treating GERD were analyzed.Results:Basic information of patients: Among 157 patients,the ratio of male to female is 1.34:1.00;the age of patients is concentrated in 50-69 years;the clinical symptoms of the top three are acid reflux,heartburn,bloating;Red tongue,yellow moss,and string veins are the main;according to the classification of Western medicine diseases,the most patients with reflux esophagitis,there are 81 cases;the highest frequency of TCM syndrome is the liver and stomach stagnation syndrome.Analysis of prescriptions: Among the 157 prescriptions,the proportion of warm medicine and cold medicine is higher;the proportion of bitter medicine and pungant medicine is higher;the frequency of spleen,stomach and liver medicine is higher;with the frequency of usage is more than 20 times,the Chinese medicine has a total of 42 flavors.According to the efficacy classification,15 kinds of medicines are used,among them qi medicine and the heat medicine with the highest frequency.Group rule and new party analysis: Analyze 157 prescriptions through the“group rule”(support level is set to 90%,confidence level is set to 0.95),and get 11 flavor core drugs;through “new party analysis”(correlation is set to 8,the penalty is set to 4),12 groups of 3-5 flavors of new party clustering core drugs combination are got,and extract 6 new prescriptions for the treatment of GERD.Conclusion: Through the analysis results of the "TCM Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)",it is known that Professor Liu Qiquan believes that " stomach qi's loss and fall,stomach qi's adverse rising " is the key pathogenesis of GERD,and the main treatment is clearing heat,regulating qi and harmonizing stomach.In combination with the different types of syndromes,taking into account other treatments,the characteristic of medication is acrid opening and bitter downbearing,combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy.And developed 6 new prescriptions for the treatment of GERD.Providing references and new thoughts for treating GERD in the future.The insufficiency of this study is that the sample size is insufficient.The revisit prescriptions for the first-in-patient prescriptions are not collected and analyzed,thus the clinical experience of professor Liu Qiquan in the treatment of GERD cannot be fully summarized.In later studies,the size of sample should be expanded,and the revisit prescriptions should be collected and entered to enhance the credibility of the study.
