Based On Data Mining To Explore Professor Liu Qiquan’s Experience In Treating Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To study the medical case of Professor Liu Qiquan in treating ulcerative colitis,and to study and discuss Professor Liu Qiq uan’s academic thought and experience of clinical treatment of the disease by using the data mining technology of "Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system(V2.5)".Methods: Incorporating case data of 83 patients who met the inclusion criteria into the "Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system(V2.5)," and the medical case database should be established,the frequency analysis and association rules were applied,Cluster analysis and other data mining methods,combined with Professor Liu Qiquan’s clinical treatment experience,the symptoms in the medical case,tongue,evidence,prescriptions and other content analysis,induction and summary.Results:Of the 83 patients collected in this topic,53 were male and 30 were female,the age was mainly concentrated between 31 and 50 years old,clinical symptoms were mainly mucus,pusble,diarrhea,and the main major red tongues(28.73%)and red tongues(25.28%)were high in the frequency of tongue.The frequency of tongue moss is high mainly mossy(25.30%),the main onewith with higher frequency of pulse appears is the smoothve(25.00%)、fine veins(22.32%)、string(21.42%),and the higher frequency of the occurrence of Chinese medicine is the large intestine wet fever certificate(30.12%),liver and spleen false certificate(30.12%),Spleen despley wet certificate(25.30%).Professor Liu Qiquan prescription medicine involves 102 flavor chinese medicine,of which the drug’s four gas multi-temperature,cold,flat,"five-taste" more bitter,bitter,sweet,drug return to the spleen,liver,stomach-based;The first 4 categories with high frequency of classification according to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine are,in turn,to supplement,heat,gas,hemorrh age,and in the "group law",the support level is set to 60%,The confidence level is set to 0.9,get 12 taste core Chinese medicine,The composition includes tuckahoe,white paeony root,radix bupleuri,cortex of qin,angelica sinensis,rhizoma corydalis,rhizoma corydalis,radix puerariae,tangerine peel,Buddha’s hand,ground elm,white cardamom.using the improved mutual information method,set the correlation degree of 9,the penalty degree is 4 to obtain an association coefficient of 0.09 or more of the drug pairs a total of 28,on this basis based on entropy clustering to obtain 12 groups of core drugs and 6 new prescriptions.Conclusion: Through data analysis,Professor Liu Qiquan believes that the pathogenesis of UC is mainly the spleen and stomach weakness,liver depression and spleen deficiency,and dampness and heat.In the present syndrome,the treatment principle is to invigorate the spleen and soothe the liver,take care of other organs,clear the heat and change the humidity,and promote qi and blood circulation.Through cluster analysis,12 core drug combinations,12 core drugs and 6 new prescriptions were obtained,which promoted the systematic summary of professor liu qiquan’s experience in treating UC and provided new ideas and methods for the future complex clinical dialectical treatment.
