Clinical Observation Of Cupping Combined With Baohe Granules In The Treatment Of Infantile Abdominal Pain(Food Retention Type)

Objective : This research aims to observe the clinical efficacy of cupping therapy combined with baohe granules in the treatment of children with abdominal pain(food retention type),and to compare and analyze the difference in efficacy between combined therapy and single oral drug therapy,so as to seek a better treatment for children with abdominal pain(food retention type).Methods:Choose to meet the criteria of abdominal pain in children(food retention type)with 73 cases randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(36 cases)with cupping therpy combined with baohe granules when control group(37 cases)using oral baohe granules.Record the clinical symptoms,signs and facial expressions scale score of two groups of children before and after the treatment,use statistical software for data analysis,and evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,while the control group was 56.76%.The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was25%,that of the control group was 45.95%,and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant in reducing the pain score of the facial expression scale,reducing the number of abdominal pain episodes and shortening the duration of abdominal pain(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of cupping combined with baohe granules in the treatment of pediatric abdominal pain(food retention type)is exact,and is superior to the single oral treatment of baohe granules,which is worthy of clinical application.
