| Purpose:This paper aims to do two researches: First, through the investigation of the meaning, personality, coping style and relapse tendency of male compulsory drug abusers,to understand the status of relapse tendency of male compulsory drug abusers and related influencing factors;secondly, use The method of meaningful treatment develops and intervenes in a group intervention program for drug addicts, and tests the effectiveness of the intervention through corresponding scales and subjective feedback.Methods:1.Research studyUse the General Status Questionnaire,Life Attitude Profile Chart,Chinese Adjective Big Five Personality Scale,Simple Coping Style Questionnaire and Relapse Tendency Questionnaire to measure 330 of a drug rehabilitation center.Compulsory detoxification personnel conduct investigations and studies to understand the life meaning, personality, coping style and relapse tendency of drug addicts, and to explore the internal relationship between variables.2.Intervention studyRecruiting drug addicts were divided into intervention group and control group, group counseling for meaningful treatment in the intervention group, and no intervention in the control group. After the intervention, the general condition questionnaire, the life attitude profile scale and the relapse tendency questionnaire were used to measure the intervention group and the control group members. The differences between the control group and the experimental group were compared before and after the intervention.Finally,t-tests were performed by descriptive statistics and independent samples.Statistical analysis was performed by one-wayanalysis of variance,pre-and post-measurement,and subjective feedback from drug addicts to clarify the intervention effect.Results1.Survey finding(1)The male life-inducing personnel had a life-score level score of 3.06±1.14,a personality score of 3.09±1.40,a coping style score of 1.69±0.15,and a relapse tendency score of 1.39±0.87.(2)Relevant psychological indicators differ significantly in age factors.Compulsory detoxification personnel with different ages have life control, suffering acceptance, death acceptance, extroversion, pleasantness, rigor, neuroticism, openness, positive response,self-evaluation of detoxification confidence. There were significant differences in the current influence and support system of drugs(p<0.05).The compulsory detoxification personnel with different education levels had significant differences in the filling dimension(p<0.05).The monthly income status before the entrance was meaningful will and existence.Filling, life purpose, life control, suffering acceptance, death acceptance, positive coping, negative coping,self-evaluation of detoxification confidence, objective environment to avoid relapse, and degree of physical and mental impairment(p<0.05);drug use years in meaning will, filling, life purpose, life control, suffering acceptance, death acceptance, pleasantness, positive response, negative response,self-evaluation of drug addiction, current influence of drugs, objective environment to avoid relapse, degree of physical and mental impairment, support system The difference was significant(p<0.05);the remaining scales and dimensions were in marital status and Each religion and other demographic variables were not significantly different.(3)There were different degrees of correlation between life meaning, personality, coping style and relapse tendency(p<0.05).The structural equation model analysis shows that personality can directly influence the tendency of relapse, and it can also influence the tendency of relapse indirectly through the meaning of life and coping style.2.Intervention study results(1)Paired t-test before and after intervention showed that the scores of life-meaning total score, meaning will, life purpose, and suffering acceptance dimension of the intervention group were statistically significant,at the same time, the scores obtained by the life control dimension do not have statistical connotations. There were no significant differences between the two groups. The difference between the two groups showed that the total score of life meaning of the intervention group(t=3.255,p=0.002),the will of meaning(t=2.123,p=0.038),and the purpose of life(t=2.230),p = 0.030),suffering acceptance(t = 2.604,p = 0.012)increased,and death acceptance(t = 2.160,p = 0.035)decreased,the difference is statistically connotative, the others were not statistically significant.(2)Paired t-test before and after intervention showed that the total score of relapse tendency,self-evaluation of drug addiction, current influence of drug, and scores of support system dimensions before and after intervention were statistically significant, avoiding the objective environment of relapse, body and mind There was no statistically significant change in the score of the degree of damage. The difference in scores obtained before and after the control group was not significant. The difference between the two groups showed that the total score of relapse tendency(t=-2.298,p=0.000),The self-evaluation of detoxification confidence(t=2.024,p=0.048)and the support system(t=2.096,p=0.040)were significantly higher than control group, the current influence of drugs(t=-2.317,p=0.024)was significantly lower. The difference has statistical connotation, and the other differences are not statistically connotative.(3)Subjective feedback evaluation of meaningful treatment group intervention shows that group intervention of meaningful treatment helps detoxification personnel to explore the meaning of life, regain confidence in drug rehabilitation, help establish a support system for drug addicts, and significantly reduce their relapse tendency.Conclusion:(1)Male compulsory detoxification personnel have a higher tendency to relapse, and personality, life meaning and coping style have significant effects on relapse tendency, the meaning of life and coping style play a partial mediating role in theinfluence of personality on relapse tendency.(2)Group counseling for meaning treatment can significantly improve the life significance level of drug addicts and significantly reduce the relapse tendency of drug addicts. |
