Clinical Observation Of Adjusted Gancao Xiexin Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Tract Reaction (Medium Deficiency,Cold And Heat Miscellaneous Type) In Patients With Lung Cancer Treated With TP Regimen

Research purposes:Patients with lung adenocarcinoma who were treated with TP chemotherapy regimen were studied,by observing the effect of the adjusted Gancao Xiexin decoction on the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal reactions after chemotherapy with cisplatin,this research inorder to provide an effective treatment for gastrointestinal reactions after cisplatin-induced gastrointestinal reactions.Research methods:60 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who were admitted to a hospital during the period from March 1,2018 to February 1,2019,and who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The two groups were treated with chemotherapy according to the first-line chemotherapy regimen of lung adenocarcinoma(Paclitaxel injection 135mg-175mg/m~2 iv d1,cisplatin injection 75mg/m~2 iv d1).The control group was given a static push of tropisetron mesylate(4.48 mg)from the first day of chemotherapy for 3 consecutive days.The treatment group was given the adjusted Gancao Xiexin decoction(Licorice 15g、Dried ginger 10g、Coptis 5g、Astragalus 15g、ginger Pinelli15g、raw sun ginseng 30g、jujube 10g、Bupleurum 20g、Perilla leaf 20g、Jianqu 15g Charred hawthorn15g)on the first day of chemotherapy.Usage:1 dose per day,3 doses per dose,50ml warm water for half an hour after meal,for 5 consecutive days,the course of treatment is 2 cycles of chemotherapy.The nausea and vomiting,appetite changes,constipation,safety analysis,and changes in body weight and physical fitness of the two groups at the end of 2-cycle chemotherapy were observed.The datas of the two groups were counted and compared.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in gender,age and KPS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);(2)There were significant differences in nausea and vomiting grading,constipation grading,and appetite changes between the two groups.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(3)There was no significant difference in weight change and physical strength between the two groups(P>0.05);(4)There were significant differences in neutropenia between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in hemoglobin reduction and liver and kidney function damage(P>0.05).Conclusion:th justed Gancao Xiexin decoction in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma patients with TP regimen chemotherapy after gastrointestinal reaction(medium deficiency,cold and heat miscellaneous syndrome)is effective,it can effectively relieve symptoms such as nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,constipation,etc.It can improve overall efficacy and improve the quality of life of patients.During the study,the side effects and adverse reactions caused by the sweetening of Gancao Xiexin Decoction were not found,and the safety was good.
