| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and external application for the patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis combined nodules(Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome).Methods;This study used self-control method before and after treatment.Select 40 cases of Hashimoto thyroiditis combined nodules patients according with the bringing in standard of this clinical research.Patients were given Huatansanjieyingxiao Decoction and Ruanjianxiaoying Paste for a course of 12 weeks.The data of thyroid nodule diameter under ultrasound scanning,thyroid function,thyroid auto antibodies determination(TPOAb、TGAb),the TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were recorded and analysed.Results:1.After treatment,patients of the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than before treatment,all symptoms of TCM were alleviated,it means to have significant statistical significance(P<0,05),and the total effective rate was 90.0%.2.After treatment,the diameter of nodules was lower than before treatment,it means to have a significant statistical significance(P<0,05),and the total effective rate was 82.5%.3.After treatment,the level of thyroid auto antibodies(TPOAb,TGAb)in the treatment was lower than before treatment,it means to have a significant statistical significancc(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in thyroid function before and after treatment(P>0.05),Conclusion:1.Combined application of Huatansanjieyingxiao Decoction and Ruanjianxiaoying Paste can reduce the syndromes of TCM syndromes of patients with Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM.2.Combined application of Huatansanjieyingxiao Decoction and Ruanjianxiaoying Paste can reduce the diameter of thyroid nodule of HT significantly.3.Combined application of Huatansanjieyingxiao Decoction and Ruanjianxiaoying Paste can decrease the level of TPOAb and TGAb. |
