Analysis Of The Characteristics Of Professor Zhou Yabin’s Prescription For Treating Chronic Heart Failure

OBJECTIVE:To summarize and explore the characteristics of Professor Zhou Yabin’s treatment of this disease by analyzing the medication used by Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of chronic heart failure.METHODS:The case information of patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed by Professor Zhou Yabin from September 2016 to December 2018 was collected.Seventy-six patients with chronic heart failure who met the study criteria were selected.The main case data were diagnosed.The 75 basic case information after screening were recorded into the TCM inheritance auxiliary system one by one,and the case information was collected and statistical analysis was carried out to summarize the characteristics of Professor Zhou Yabin’s treatment of chronic heart failure.RESULTS:The data of 75 prescriptions were analyzed by using the TCM inheritance system.A total of 132 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were involved,of which the highest frequency was used for tonic(384 times),followed by Huayu Zhike Pingchuan(169).Lishui osmotic medicine(153times),activating blood circulation and removing phlegm medicine(143times);the top ten Chinese medicines with the highest frequency of drug use are licorice root(75 times),jaundice(71 times),Codonopsis pilosula(62times),schisandra(59)Times),platycodon(57 times),Ophiopogon japonicus(56 times),cohosh(52 times),sputum(47 times),scorpion(45 times),large belly skin(40 times);main symptoms include palpitations(73 times),shortness of breath(68 times),chest tightness(63 times),fatigue(57 times),asthma(46 times),cough(38 times),lower extremity edema(35),not lying down(27 times),cough(26 times),tongue purple(25 times);the syndromes involved mainly include yang deficiency water syndrome(32.00%),sputum block lung syndrome(24.00%),qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(24.00%),qi yin Two deficiency syndrome(10.67%),cardiopulmonary qi deficiency syndrome(5.33%),heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(4.00%);four gas and five flavors return to statistics show that four gasModerate temperature drugs(38%),cold drugs(34%),flat drugs(24%),heat drugs(2%),cooling drugs(2%);Wuwei,the most used sweetener drugs(38%)),bitter drugs(29%),pungent drugs(26%),sour drugs(4%),salty drugs(2%),astringent drugs(1%);return to the lungs(18.96%),Spleen(17.23%),heart(15.94%),stomach(11.18%),liver(10.70%);6 pairs of core drug combinations were extracted according to complex system entropy clustering method;according to unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering 6pairs of prescriptions.CONCLUSION:1,the common clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure with palpitations,shortness of breath,chest tightness,fatigue,asthma,cough,lower extremity edema,can not be supine,cough,tongue purple,etc.,clinical yang deficiency water syndrome,sputum blocking lung The syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are common syndrome types.Professor Zhou Yabin is mainly treating Yiqihuoxue,Yiqi Jianpi and Wenyang Lishui as the main treatment.2,sweet,bitter,spicy;warm,cold,flat;lung,spleen,heart is the main taste and classics of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of chronic heart failure.3,tonic drugs,water and water osmosis drugs,phlegm and relieving cough and asthma drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm drugs,these kinds of drugs for Professor Zhou Yabin’s main treatment for chronic heart failure,which is Huangqi,Codonopsis,Schisandra,Campanulaceae,Ophiopogon japonicus,cohosh,medlar,medlar,large belly skin,etc.4,Astragalus,Codonopsis;Campanulaceae,Cimicifuga;Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra;Poria,Astragalus;Qufu,buckwheat,etc.for Professor Zhou Yabin to treat chronic heart failure commonly used drugs and drug combinations.
