Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System Analysis Of Professor Si Guomin Treatment Of Palpitation Medication Rule

Objective: Using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system,this paper collects the palpitation cases treated by Professor Si Guomin using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The general situation,symptoms,syndrome types and prescription medication of the patients are deeply analyzed and studied.Furthermore,this study summarizes the medication law,diagnosis,and treatment principles of Professor Si Guomin in treating palpitation,providing medication experience for clinical doctors,and making the experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine universal.Method: Report the cases of palpitation treated by Professor Si Guomin in the outpatient department of TCM of Shandong provincial hospital.These cases are chosen according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The final data is applied to the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system(v2.5)" to analyze the high-frequency drugs for the treatment of palpitation,the association rules between drugs,core drugs,new treatment formulas,etc.Result: 248 patients with palpitation are included in this project,including 88 male patients and 160 female patients.In addition to the essential symptoms of palpitation,the other top five symptoms are chest tightness,fatigue,shortness of breath,insomnia and dizziness.Through the analysis of prescription drugs by the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system,the result shows 170 existing traditional Chinese medicines.The drugs with the highest frequency are Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Pseudostellariae,Ophiopogon japonicus,Yujin and wild jujube kernel.The drugs with the highest frequency are tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.The drugs are mostly cold with flat,or warm with flat.The tastes are bitter,sweet,or pungent.The meridians are mostly located in the spleen,or the liver.The most frequent drug was Salvia miltiorrhiza-Radix Pseudostellariae,whereas the horn drug was Ophiopogon japonicus-Salvia miltiorrhiza-Radix Pseudostellariae.By entropy cluster analysis,22 core drug combinations and 11 potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion: According to the analysis results of the auxiliary platform for the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,it is summarized that Professor Si Guomin focuses on tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation,clearing heat,regulating qi and calming nerves in the treatment of palpitation.At the same time,he paied attention to both symptoms and root causes,applying both attack and supplement.The analysis results basically reflect Professor Si Guomin’s medication experience and clinical diagnosis,which is worth learning by clinicians.
