Clinical Efficacy Of Moxibustion And Moxibustion Therapy In The Treatment Of Acne-associated Acne

Objectives On the basis of fully understanding acne,the clinical research on the treatment of acne-forming acne by the moxibustion moxibustion canister was carried out,the clinical efficacy of the medicated moxibustion canister for the treatment of acneforming acne was evaluated,and the evaluation of medicinal moxibustion cans for the treatment of sputum agglomeration The exact efficacy and practicability of acne.In order to provide new ideas for clinical work and research work,it has theoretical guiding significance for modern clinical.Methods 1 Study subjects: A total of 68 patients with cystic acne in the dermatology clinic of our hospital from December 2017 to August 2018 were randomly selected.2Research methods: Randomly divided into two groups,34 patients in the treatment group were given oral moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine,and 34 patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine.The composition of the medicine moxibustion volume is formulated according to the patient’s condition,and the patient’s bladder is treated with a moxibustion canister once every 2 days.3 Observation indicators: The two groups recorded skin lesions,lesion scores and recorded clinical manifestations at different time intervals.Results After treatment,the quantified scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group and the control group were 9.88±5.57,and 13.64±6.20,respectively.Statistical analysis showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving symptoms and signs.After treatment,the comprehensive scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 1.16±0.88 and 2.12±0.96,respectively,with statistical analysis,P<0.05,there is statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.In terms of symptoms and signs,the treatment group recovered in 3 cases,markedly effective in 11 cases,effective in 16 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the control group recovered in 1case,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 12 cases and ineffective in 12 cases.Statistical analysis showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the treatment of phlegm-blood stasis acne;in terms of TCM syndromes,the treatment group recovered in 6 cases,with marked effect in 9 cases.13 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,1 case was cured in the control group,2 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective.Statistical analysis showed that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving TCM syndromes.The recurrence rate of the two groups was compared.After 4 weeks of follow-up,there were 3 cases in the treatment group with 30% increase in skin lesion score,and 6 cases in the control group with 30% increase in skin lesion score.P< 0.05,which proved that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusions The puncture of the moxibustion can significantly improve the skin lesions of patients with cystic acne.The curative effect is safe and reliable,no obvious adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate is low,which is worthy of popularization and application.Figure0;Table12;Reference 101...
