At present,the public hospital human resource management mode of a single,administrative socialism,there are certain defects in the aspect of medical staff incentive,how to improve the incentive mechanism of public hospital medical staff,in guiding the staff to provide safe,effective,convenient and cheap medical health service at the same time,analyze and solve the disadvantages of the current public hospital medical staff incentive mechanism under and problems,explore and perfect the incentive mechanism,improve the initiative and enthusiasm of medical personnel,public hospital reform and problems to be solved in the course of human resource management,also is the main purpose of this article research.This article selects a city people’s hospital employees as the research object,using the ERG theory,two-factor theory,equity theory,integrated incentive model,such as incentive theory,a questionnaire survey,data analysis,etc.,from doctors,nurses and administrators on three aspects analysis of the hospital staff incentive mechanism,points out its problems existing in the incentive mechanism,and accompanied by the corresponding incentive mechanism,the employee’s job satisfaction and job performance.The results show that the current incentive mechanism of municipal people’s hospital mainly includes four aspects: basic guarantee,personal growth,organizational support and interpersonal relationship.Doctors pay attention to basic security and interpersonal relationship,and medical staff pay more attention to the incentive problem of personal growth,while administrators pay attention to all aspects of incentive mechanism.Doctors have a moderate level of job satisfaction and performance,while health care workers and administrators have high levels of job satisfaction and job performance.There are some problems in the incentive mechanism.To solve the existing problems of incentive mechanism of city people’s hospital,according to the analysis results of this study put forward the corresponding optimization scheme,salary distribution system,performance appraisal system,training system,and spiritual aspects of incentive system is optimized.In particular,we should build a reasonable compensation system and strengthen the pertinence of compensation incentive.Strengthen the mental stimulation mechanism construction of doctors,establish a good working atmosphere;Focusing on the promotion and development opportunities for employees of middle and lower level,and establishing career training system;Establish the scientific appraisal system,the administrative personnel will work to achieve the actual place and so on.Optimization by breaking up the hospital benefit distribution pattern and existing staff old habit,you also need to establish guarantee mechanism,hospital managers to fully understand and full support,staff actively participate in,perfect the detailed rules for the implementation,evaluation and feedback system,and many measures simultaneously,projects,promote incentive mechanism optimization real roots.
