With the deepening of the reform of medical institutions run by state-owned enterprises in China,the construction of incentive mechanism for medical staff in enterprise hospital needs to be further optimized and developed.Introducing incentive mechanism into the enthusiasm of medical staff in enterprise hospital is not only the urgent need of building modern hospitals,but also the internal requirement of individual development of medical staff.Enterprise hospital,also known as the medical institutions run by state-owned enterprises,is not only a public medical institution,but also regarded as the main promoter to achieve the strategic goal of Healthy China.The development of enterprise hospital started in the 1950 s and 1960 s,which is the product of specific historical conditions and embodies the welfare and superiority of the unit system.However,with the advent of the tide of marketization,the construction of medical institutions no longer needs to take enterprises as the mother,and state-owned enterprises run hospitals on the road of separation.Today,enterprise hospital have become an important part of social hospitals.In order to achieve long-term development,the most critical thing for EAHS is to successfully complete the restructuring and do a good job in the follow-up management after the restructuring,so as to ensure that EAHS can still provide excellent,competitive and sustainable medical services to the public.Therefore,in terms of the external environment of EAHS,the country and society need to create a better and equal environment for enterprise hospital to survive and develop,so as to promote the high-quality development of enterprise hospital.Hospitals in terms of enterprise hospital internal environment,enterprises should be in the original basis to further improve the management level of hospital,medical quality,institution building,etc.,which is crucial to the medical staff’s incentive mechanism construction,by the good incentive mechanism helping the hospital medical service level and industry competitiveness.Hospital X,the research object of this paper,is a medical institution under a large central enterprise medical group with health as its main business.It not only has flexible enterprise management mechanism,but also has the support of state-owned capital background,and enjoys a series of resource support besides government funds.Based on the macroscopic background of the enterprise hospital reform and microcosmic background of X hospital reform,this paper USES the method of literature research at home and abroad on the incentive theory and incentive mechanism on the combing and refined,using the method of questionnaire and depth interview to X hospital medical staff incentive mechanism construction,the application status of the comprehensive research,based on the data of detailed research and analysis,Based on the successful experience and excellent design concept of the construction of incentive mechanism at home and abroad,the positive path of the construction of incentive mechanism for medical staff is explored.The countermeasures and suggestions of optimizing talent incentive mode,salary incentive mode,promotion incentive mode,training incentive mode and environment incentive mode are put forward.Specifically,this study closely combined with the current social background of the reform of state-owned enterprises do medical institution,the integrated use of management science,sociology and economics research theory and methods,give full consideration to the professional characteristics and the psychological characteristic of medical staff,combined with the theory of incentive mechanism research and the research status at home and abroad,Taking need theory and other scientific theories as reference,analyze and discuss the incentive mechanism of medical staff in X Enterprise Hospital from the hospital and individual levels.On this basis,multi-dimensional optimization strategies and improvement schemes are proposed.It is a beneficial supplement to the existing incentive mechanism of medical staff in enterprise hospital.It can be seen that in the future medical service pattern,if Hospital X wants to achieve long-term development,it first needs to base on the actual situation of the hospital,give full play to its own advantages,innovate incentive methods,enrich incentive means,and pay attention to the construction of incentive mechanism for hospital medical staff.Overall,this study in the current enterprise under the background of hospital reform entered a new development period,for the medical staff incentive mechanism of the related research provides some useful ideas and views,with strong theoretical significance and practical significance,is good for promoting the smooth restructuring of state-owned enterprises do medical organizations,but also to enterprise hospital of the booster has completed
