Objective:To investigate the prevalence and distribution of hypertension in Maotai residents aged 35-75,and analyze their risk actors of hypertension, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of hypertension in Maotai residents. Methods:The residents of Maotai Town,Guizhou Province were selected as the research population.Random sampling was used to select 1937 subjects from 35-75-year-old residents of 5 communities in Maotai Town From March to July 2018.The questionnaire and physical examination was conducted after signing the informed consent. The questionnaire includes:general conditions, lifestyle behaviors, medical history.Physical examinations included determinations of height, weight, blood pressure and heart rate. And then,300 people were selected randomly for biochemical tests, including GLU,glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, and renal function. The data were recorded by Epidata 3.1 and analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Classified variable data were tested by Chi-square test;Continuous variable data were subjected to normal distribution, independent sample t-test was used, and non-parametric test of two independent samples was used for univariate analysis.Univariate analysis of variables with statistical significance for binary logistic regression analysis.Results:(1)The prevalence of hypertension was 23.3% of the surveyed people,233 people were newly diagnosed with hypertension and the rate was 51.55.The drinking rate was 43.6%,and the moderate drinking rate was 26.3%,the excessive drinking rate was7.4%;(2)Univariate analysis showed that the prevalence of hypertension was significant different among dietary structure, smoking, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, family history of hypertension, drinking, age,BMI,uric acid, glomerular filtration rate, homocysteine and glycosylated hemoglobin(P<0.05).(3)Binary logistic regression analysis showed that:smoking History(OR: 2.78,95%CI:2.054~3.76),history of diabetes(OR:4.02,95%CI:1.58~10.23),family history of hypertension(OR: 4.8,95%CI:1.46~15.84),vegetarian Mainly(OR:3.074,95%CI:1.8~5.25),diet-based meat(OR:2.96,95%CI:2,01~4.355),excessive Drinking(OR:2.296,95%CI:1.58~3.36),Age(OR:1.087,95% CI:1.07~1.1),BMI(OR:1.226,95%CI:1.17~1.29),glycated hemoglob In(OR:1.577,95%CI:1.18~2.11)Significantly associated with hypertension(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between moderate drinking and hypertension(OR<1).Conclusion:(1)This study found that the incidence of hypertension in Maotai residents aged 35-75 was lower than that in the whole country peer;(2)The Maotai resident of35-75-year-old residents has a higher drinking rate, but the excessive drinking rate is low,and the residents in Maotai Town mainly having a moderate drinking;(3)Smoking,diabetes,family history of hypertension, uneven diet, excessive drinking, age,BMI and saccharification.Hemoglobin is an independent risk factor for hypertension in 35-75-year-old residents in Maotai Town.
