University hospitals bear the responsibility of providing basic medical services,preventive care and health education for the whole school.It has made a great contribution to the normal teaching and scientific research of the University.In recent years,with the implementation of the national health system reform and the whole society medical insurance system,university hospital service capacity and service quality can not meet the growing customer demand,by the more and more doubts and discontent,the survival and development of university hospitals have also been great challenges.Therefore,school hospital must strengthen the management,especially human resources management,improve staff"s work enthusiasm,work quality and work efficiency,correct service attitude,and strive to improve the positive image of the school hospital.In this study,access to a large number of domestic and foreign literature and university hospital related,summed up the basic idea of research writing: First of all,a list of hospital’s human resources at present situation,and then analyzes the human resource management problems and deficiencies: managers’ understanding of the importance of human resource management;the organizational structure of the hospital setting is not reasonable,personnel configuration is not appropriate;restrictive recruitment;department of professional personnel training and development mechanism;hospital the workers do not pay attention to the performance management;hospital staff salary management is lack of flexibility;hospital staff relationship building and hospital culture construction is not perfect.Secondly,this study according to the actual situation of the University Hospital,with six modules of human resources management as the basis,the first university hospital human resource management problems in the detailed research and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: to improve hospital human resources management awareness of the importance of Hospital;improve the organizational structure,improve the analysis and post hospital job allocation mechanism;establish a scientific human resource training and development system;strengthen the performance management of hospital staff;establish and perfect the system of employee compensation and benefits management;strengthen the employee relationship with the hospital culture construction.At the same time,this study considered the school hospital although it is run by the University,but it is also subject to the management and supervision of the industry regulatory agencies in the community,therefore,the development of colleges and universities can not be separated from the school and the local relevant departments to help,therefore,this study further studied the hospital human resources management improvement measures,to ensure the effective implementation and development of relevant measures.This study has made reasonable measures for the implementation of human resource management in University Hospital,and discussed the necessary supporting measures to ensure its normal implementation;it puts forward some suggestions for the human resource management of the hospital of China University of Petroleum,and also provides some reference for other university hospital staff management.
