Objectives:Through the detection of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)levels in patients with bronchial asthma(abbreviated as asthma)before and after treatment and in healthy people,it is aimed to investigate the serum IgA level in assessing airway inflammation in asthma patients. The degree of reference, clinical treatment options, and therapeutic value. Methods:Inclusion of inpatients with acute asthma exacerbations in accordance with the“2018 GINA Global Asthma Prevention Guidelines”diagnostic criteria,65patients with asthma were excluded from the incomplete data, and the review data of the asthma group after treatment relief were recorded.50 cases were the control group.Collect general information after admission, serum IgA,IgE,CRP,EOS,PaO2,PaCO2,and FEV1%of lung function, and assess the severity of the patient’s condition;review the IgA after treatment in the asthma group,IgE,CRP,EOS inspection results.1.Comparative analysis of differences in IgA levels before and after treatment in asthma group, differences in IgA levels between asthma group and control group, and changes in IgA levels in asthma group after treatment;2.Detection of IgE,EOS,CRP before and after treatment in asthma group Changes in indicators;3.Assessment of the association between IgA and IgE,EOS,CRP,PaO2,PaCO2,and pulmonary function FEV1%in the asthma group;4.Patients in the asthma group were classified as>65 years old,45-65 The age of<45 years old was divided into three age groups, and the difference of IgA levels among the three age groups was compared.5.According to the"2018 GINA Global Asthma Prevention and Treatment Guidelines",the severity of bronchial asthma was evaluated.Divided into three levels:mild, moderate, severe and critical, the differences in IgA levels between the levels were compared to determine if there was statistical significance.Results:1.The average IgA index in the asthma group was(88.297±32.372)mg/dl;the mean IgA index after treatment was(288.968±69.589)mg/dl;the mean value of the IgA index in the control group was(282.55±97.081)mg/dl..After statistical analysis, there was a statistically significant difference in IgA levels between the asthma group and the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in IgA levels between the asthma group and the control group(P<0.05).IgA levels between the asthma group and the control group. There was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The mean values of IgE,EOS and CRP in the asthma group were higher than those in the treatment group. The difference of IgE,EOS and CRP before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between IgA level and IgE level in asthma group,Pearson correlation coefficient was-0.66,IgA level was negatively correlated with EOS count,Pearson correlation coefficient was-0.62,and IgA level was not correlated with C-reactive protein level.4.Asthma group There was no correlation between IgA level and Pa CO2 and FEV1%.IgA level was positively correlated with Pa O2,Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.766.5.Asthma component was>65 years old,45-65 years old,<45 years old, three age groups, three There was no significant difference in IgA levels between the age groups(P>0.05).6.The mean IgA of the mild patients in the asthma group was(91.85±25.88)mg/dl,and the average IgA of the moderate patients was(87.66±33.9)mg.The average IgA of patients with/dl,severe and critical illness was(82.57±41.3)mg/dl,three No significant differences(P>0.05)IgA levels between the case group.Conclusion:1.There was a significant difference in IgA levels before and after treatment in the asthma group. The level of IgA before treatment was significantly lower than that after treatment;2.There was a statistically significant difference in IgA levels between the asthma group and the control group. The IgA level in the control group was significantly higher than that in the asthma group;3.The level of IgA in asthma group was negatively correlated with IgE level and EOS count, and positively correlated with PaO2,suggesting that it has certain value in assessing airway inflammation, disease severity and efficacy observation.
