objective(1)Compilation of the questionnaire on KAP of occupational carbon dioxide over-operational orotection in operation room,and test its reliability and validity.(2)Preliminary investigation to understand the occupational protection status of people exposed to high concentrations of carbon dioxide in the operating room,and to provide a reference for the later occupational health education.Method1.Through literature analysis,on-site investigation and semi-structured interview,based on the theory of KAP,the item pool of the questionnaire of KAPof occupational protection with carbon dioxide concentration exceeding the standard in operating room was prepared;15 experts including infection control in operating room,public health management,specialized nursing in operating room and surgeons were invited to consult the questionnaire for two rounds,and the questionnaire was modified according to the expert opinions After that,the reliability and validity survey version of the questionnaire on occupational protection knowledge and practice of carbon dioxide concentration exceeding the standard in operating room was formed.2.260 medical staff were selected for questionnaire evaluation by objective sampling method.By using Microsoft Excel 16,SPSS 21.0 and other statistical software,the project differentiation analysis is carried out by the differentiation method,and the project correlation analysis is carried out by Pearson correlation test;the internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire is tested by Cronbach's a coefficient,and the external consistency reliability is tested by the retest reliability;The content validity was analyzed by expert evaluation,and the structure validity of the questionnaire was tested by exploratory factor analysis.3.Taking the questionnaire of occupational protection knowledge and practice of CO2 concentration in operating room as the evaluation tool and convenient sampling method,175 medical staff were included to study the status of occupational protection knowledge and practice of high concentration CO2 exposed personnel in operating room of two top three hospitals in Luoyang.Result1.Completed the questionnaire of occupational protection knowledge and practice of carbon dioxide concentration exceeding the standard in operating room,including 26 items in 3 dimensions,8 items in protection knowledge dimension,6 items in protection attitude dimension and 12 items in protection behavior dimension.2.One item was deleted from item analysis;Cronbach's coefficient of the whole questionnaire was 0.901,and the retest reliability was 0.892;i-cvi of each item in the questionnaire was? 0.88,scvi/ave=0.96;kmo value was 0.878,four factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.087;in addition,exploratory factor analysis was used to limit the number of common factors to 3,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 61.940.3.The status of occupational protection in operating room:the score of knowledge of occupational protection in operating room is 8.98±2.11;the score of attitude of occupational protection is 25.24±4.41;the score of behavior of occupational protection is 36.99±10.14.Conclusion1.The entry of "Operation Room Carbon Dioxide Concentration Over-standard Occupational Protection KAP Questionnaire" has reasonable compilation and good reliability and validity.It can be used as a tool to measure the protection knowledge,protection attitude,and protection behavior level of occupational exposed personnel whose operating room carbon dioxide concentration exceeds the standard.2.Occupational exposure personnel with excessive carbon dioxide concentration in the operating room lack protection knowledge,and their protection attitude is more positive.The protection behavior needs to be improved and strengthened.
