The Clinical Research Of "Jiu Wei Xiao Yang" Decoction On Duodenal Ulcer With Spleen-stomach Damp-heat

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jiu Wei Xiao Yang Decoction (JWXYD) for treating Spleen-stomach damp-heat of duodenal ulcer, in order to provide clinical evidence that Jiu Wei Xiao Yang Decoction is better.Method:60cases of Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of duodenal ulcer disease which satisfy all the inclusion criteria, randomized to observation cases into two groups, namely, the treatment group (the Jiu Wei Xiao Yang Decoction group), the control group (the Nizatidine Tablets group).The patients in treatment group will take the Jiu Wei Xiao Yang Decoction (JWXYD) while the others will take the Nizatidine Tablets for the Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of duodenal ulcer.30cases i n each group, The treatment cycle for28days.By compari ng of clinical symptoms before and after treatment to improve the rate and improvement rate of gastroscopy.Hp eradication rate and recurrence rates of duodenal ulcer,determine Jiu Wei Xiao Yang Decoction’s cl inical efficacy.Result:1.Comparing with the effect of TCM after treatment, the treatment group is superior to the control group (P<0.05), and on the single integral effect such as dry and bitter taste in the mouth、fatigue and lack of strength,eat less anorexia symptoms, the treatment group are more effective than the control group (P<0.05).2. The treatment group has similar effectiveness than the control group on improving of ulcer healing under gastroscope. Two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Two groups of Hp infection was observed after treatment, the treatment group was better than control group, the two groups of Hp eradication rate havesignificant difference(P<0.05).4. Three months follow-up after treatments results compairson,the treatment group recurrence rate significantly lower than the control group,the recurrence in two groups have significant difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:The Jiu Wei Xiao Yang Decpction (JWXYD) can improve the clinical symptoms of Spleen-stomach damp-heat of duodenal ulcer. restoration of the gastric mucosa and control recurrence.we know it’s safe and effective,so this method can be chose clinically and should be popularized and get further study.
