Clinical Observation Of Jiajian Qingzhong Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Duodenal Ulcer Of Spleen Stomach Damp Heat Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiajian Qingzhong Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of spleen and stomach damp-heat duodenal ulcer and its effect on the eradication rate of HP.Methods:1.Collected 66 patients who were diagnosed with spleen and stomach damp-heat type HP-related DU and met the inclusion criteria of this study from January 2020 to December2020 in the Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided according to the random number table method.There were 33 cases in the western medicine group and 33 cases in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group.2.The western medicine group was given amoxicillin,clarithromycin tablets,rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and colloidal pectin bismuth capsules for 2 weeks,followed by rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets for 4 weeks.The Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with Jiajian Qingzhong Decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the Western medicine group,and the course of treatment was the same as that of the Western medicine group.The total course of medication is 6 weeks.3.Collect and record the patient’s age,gender,course of disease and other clinical data.Record the scores of TCM clinical symptoms,ulcers,HP eradication and adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups of patients to comprehensively judge the curative effect.Results:1.General information of the enrolled cases: There was no statistical difference between the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese and western medicine group in terms of gender,age,and course of disease(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Clinical single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: After treatment,the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the Chinese and western medicine group was better than the western medicine group(P<0.05),especially in improving the symptoms of dry mouth and mouth pain Group(P<0.01).3.TCM clinical total score and curative effect: After treatment,the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the Chinese and western medicine group was better than the western medicine group(P<0.01);after treatment,the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese and western medicine group had The efficiencies are 81.25% and 96.88% respectively.4.Ulcer healing: After treatment,the ulcers of the two groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of ulcers in the Chinese and western medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total of the western medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group The effective rates were 90.7% and 100% respectively.5.Helicobacter pylori eradication: The eradication of HP in the two groups after treatment was significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.01),and the eradication of HP in the Chinese and western medicine group was better than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05);after treatment,the western medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine The total effective rates of the group were 75% and 96.9%,respectively.6.The incidence of adverse reactions: during the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese and western medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the western medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group was 18.75% and 0%,respectively.Conclusion:Jiajian Qingzhong Decoction combined with western medicine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of spleen and stomach damp-heat HP-related duodenal ulcer,and improve the patient’s ulcer Healing rate and HP eradication rate,and no obvious adverse reactions.
