The Effect Of Acupoint Application Combined With Quadruple Therapy On Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Gastric Ulcer

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of spleen and stomach damp-heat gastric ulcer,and to explore its mechanism of action,in order to provide a theoretical basis for expanding the application of acupoint application,and to expand the thinking and methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods: 60 patients with spleen and stomach damp heat peptic ulcer from June 2018 to September 2019 were collected in the spleen and stomach department of a Chinese medicine hospital,and randomly divide them into control group and experimental group according to the time of admission,30 cases were in each group;All patients met the inclusion criteria of this study.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy while the experimental group was added with acupoint application on the basis of the control group,once a day,once every 2 hours for 2 weeks.After the entire course of treatment(8 weeks)and 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,the two groups underwent gastroscopy and 13 C urea breath test again,and the scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were recorded,the efficacy of syndrome,gastroscopy healing,andpyloric screw Mycorrhiza eradication were compared betweent the two groups.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for data analysis,measurement data was compared using t test,and count data was compared by using rank sum test and 2 test;P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant,and P<0.01 indicated significant statistical significance..Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,ulcer type,and TCM symptom score(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups are comparable.After treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(control group:t=12.704,P=0.000<0.01;experimental group: t=12.681,P=0.000<0.01),the syndrome group of the experimental group was obvious lower than the control group(t=8.172,P=0.034<0.05);the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 96.67% higher than 76.67% of the total effective rate of the control group(?2=-5.192,P=0.023<0.05);the total effective rate of gastroscopy in the experimental group was 96.67% higher than 90.00% of the control group(Z=-2.061,P=0.039<0.05);the Hp eradication rate in the experimental group was 90% higher than 66.67% of the control group(? 2=4.812,P=0.028<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients,and there were no abnormal changes in the body’s functional indicators before and after treatment.Conclusion: Acupoint application combined with quadruple therapy has a good effect on the treatment of spleen and stomach damp-heat type gastric ulcer.It can obviously improve the symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine,reduce the symptom score,effectively eradicate helicobacter pylori,and promote the healing of ulcer.
