| Objective:Through clinical research,this project aims to observe and summarize the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility caused by kidney qi deficiency type PCOS with kidney qi deficiency type PCOS combined with acupuncture(bilateral tianshu,waterway,return,zusanli,three-yin intercourse,unilateral uterus and guan yuan)and explore effective methods to treat ovulatory dysfunction infertility caused by kidney qi deficiency type PCOS.Methods:Collected in accordance with kidney deficiency type PCOS ovulation obstructive infertility diagnosis of 60 patients,according to the random distribution is divided into two groups,treatment group 30 cases with kidney at parties cooperate acupuncture(double side day pivot,waterways,return,foot three mile,three vaginal intercourse,unilateral uterus,guan yuan)treatment and control group 30 cases with kidney progesterone therapy,treatment of six courses(1 treatment course for a menstrual cycle,a total of 6 menstrual cycle),the total effective rate in patients with statistics,pregnancies,dominant follicle size,reproductive hormone level,to improve the situation of syndromes.Result:1.The total effective rate after treatment was compared between the two groups:80.0% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with medicine was better than oral Chinese medicine alone.2.The pregnancy rate of the two groups after treatment was analyzed and it was found that the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was higher in 13 cases(43.3%)than that of the control group in 8 cases(26.7%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.3.The ovulation rates of the two groups after treatment were analyzed and compared.The treatment group received a total of 154 cycles of treatment,and the number of cycles of ovulation recovery was 99,with an effective rate of 64.29%.The control group received a total of 146 cycles of treatment,and the number of cycles of ovulation recovery was74,with an effective rate of 50.68%.4,Reproductive hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups: Selection of reproductive hormones in LH,T,LH/FSH values as observation index,found that the selected value,there was no statistically significant difference before treatment(P > 0.05),comparable,after six menstrual cycles of treatment,the combination of acupuncture with medicine treatment group and oral medicine can effectively reduce the FSH,LH,T,LH/FSH values,will be selected by the two groups after treatment of reproductive hormone value comparison,found that the two groups after treatment of LH,T,LH/FSH value difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the two groups after treatment there was no statistically significant difference of serum FSH values(P >0.05)。5,TCM syndrome total integral comparison: treatment group total score was 11.03 + /-2.11 points before treatment,control group total score was 10.37 + /-2.65 points before treatment,compared two groups,P > 0.05,comparable,total score after treatment of two group were compared with the previous fall,the treatment group after treatment was 2.33 +/-1.40 points,the control group after treatment was 3.23 + /-1.98 points,it can be seen that the treatment group total score decreased more obvious,we compare the two groups after treatment the total integral,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment: the menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual volume and symptoms of kidney qi deficiency in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,among which the treatment group had a more significant effect on improving menstrual cycle,lumbar and knee tenderness,nocturia and other symptoms.Conclusion:Combined acupuncture and medicine to treat ovulatory dysplasia infertility caused by PCOS is better than oral Chinese medicine alone,the total effective rate is up to 80%,and the patient’s pregnancy,ovulation,TCM syndrome are improved,can reduce reproductive hormones LH,T,LH/FSH,therefore,it is worth clinical application and promotion. |
