Objective: In this study, the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency type PCOS ovulatory obstructive infertility patients with assisted pregnancy prescription combined with letrozole was analyzed and compared with the treatment group using letrozole alone,to observe the clinical efficacy of assisted pregnancy prescription combined with letrozole in the treatment of this disease,in order to explore an effective method for the treatment of this disease.Method: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected for clinical observation and divided into two groups by randomized grouping method. The treatment group consisted of 30 cases(treated with assistant pregnancy formula and letrozole),the control group consisted of 30 cases(treated with letrozole),and the treatment lasted for six courses(one menstrual cycle was a course). After the treatment, observation of two groups of patients with pregnancy rate,TCM syndrome integral, serum sex hormone levels, endometrial thickness, the change of BMI,according to the result of statistics and data analysis and comparison.Result:1.Comprehensive efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was86.6%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.0%.The comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Pregnancy rate:There were 13 cases of pregnancy in the treatment group(43.3%)and 8 cases of pregnancy in the control group(26.7%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Comparison of pregnancy rate between the two groups after treatment showed that pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.3.TCM syndrome points: Both groups had the effect of improving the total TCM syndrome points of patients without pregnancy, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.Sex hormone level: After treatment, both groups showed improvement of serum LH in patients without pregnancy, and the treatment group was superior to the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The two groups showed no improvement of serum FSH and E2,with no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).5.Endometrium: After treatment, both groups had a certain effect on improving endometrial thickness of patients, and the treatment group was superior to the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).6.BMI: After treatment, both groups had the effect of reducing patients’ BMI,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in BMI between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: For patients with PCOS ovulatory infertility due to kidney-yang deficiency, the application of pregnancy aid combined with letrozole can not only improve the clinical pregnancy rate, but also effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is a method worthy of clinical promotion and application.
