Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Sanfu Plaster On Epigastric Pain In Patients With Asthenia Of Spleen And Stomach

Objective Under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,through the clinical observation of the effect of Sanfu patch on the treatment of epigastralgia(functional dyspepsia epigastralgia syndrome)of deficiency-cold type of spleen and stomach,the clinical efficacy of Sanfu patch in the treatment of this disease was compared and analyzed,which provided a theoretical basis for the further promotion of this therapy,in order to provide a certain reference and application value for clinical treatment of deficiency-cold type epigastralgia.Methods According to the principle of randomized controlled trial,72 patients with epigastralgia of Spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type were divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction for basic treatment,while the treatment group was given modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction plus Sanfu paste.The patients began to apply on July 17,2018(Head Volt).Eight acupoints were selected for each application,namely Zhongwan,Qihai,Shuangtianshu,Shuangpishu and Shuangweishu.After 4 hours,they were taken off once every 10 days,three times.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The VAS score,epigastralgia evaluation,symptom score and symptomatic efficacy evaluation of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and the difference between the two groups was compared.Results 1.Two groups of patients after treatment can reduce the pain score,but the treatment group to reduce the pain score is better than the control group(p<0.05).2.After treatment,the frequency,duration,degree,work-life effect and drug intervention of epigastric pain in the two groups were significantly improved,but the improvement of frequency,duration and degree of epigastric pain in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).3.Both groups of patients can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the scores of clinical symptoms,but the improvement of clinical symptoms and the decrease of scores in the treatment group are better than those in the control group(p<0.05).4.There was significant difference in the curative effect of TCM syndromes between the two groups(p<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.5.The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different(p<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was more stable.Conclusion On the basis of flavoured huangqi jianzhong decoction,sanfu paste therapy can alleviate epigastralgia and improve clinical symptoms of gastralgia due to spleen-stomach deficiency and cold.It has stable curative effect and no obvious adverse reactions.It can be used in clinic.
