Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Endovenous Laser Combined With Foam Sclerotherapy On Varicose Veins Of Lower Extremities

Objective To investigate the effect of endovenous laser treatment combined with foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity and its postoperative complications,to provide an ideal comprehensive minimally invasive treatment for varicose veins of lower extremity.Methods From 2016.10 to 2017.03,a total of 130 patients(162 limbs)diagnosed as varicose veins of lower extremities to our department were enrolled in this study.For these patients,the operation of endovenous laser treatment combined with foam sclerotherapy was performed.With the six-month follow-up,the operative time,the intraoperative condition,the length of stay,postoperative complications(subcutaneous hematoma,local pigmentation,saphenous nerve injury,deep venous thrombosis,pulmonary embolism,etc)were used to evaluate the operation.And 1 week,3 week,3 months and 6 months after operation,varicose vein occlusion was examined by color Doppler ultrasound,a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the postoperative of the patients,including the VCSS score,the CIVIQ score and the clinical grade of CEAP,were used again to evaluate the curative effect of the operation.Results The combined surgery was succeed on the enrolled 130 patients(162 limbs).The 28 limbs in C6 healed in six month after the operation.The subjective pain all disappeared in one month after the operation.6 cases of surgical site pigmentation were not completely disappeared in six month after the operation.There were 3 cases of saphenous nerve injury in three month,but they all disappeared in six month after the operation.All patients had no serious complications and adverse reactions such as deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.No obvious varicose veins were found in all patients after six month.A small amount of blood flow signals can be seen in the trunk of the great saphenous vein in 4 limbs.The total cure rate was 97.53%.The clinical severity scores of patients on 3 month and 6 month were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.01),The chronic venous insufficiency questionnaire scores on 3month and 6 month were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.01),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion After six-month follow-up,the date showed that the operation was effective in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity as well as its complications.It is an ideal comprehensive minimally invasive treatment for varicose veins of the lower extremity,and it is worth popularizing.
