| Objective: Due to the deficiency of spleen and stomach diseases,it is better to add dryness and dampness to invigorate the spleen at the time of treatment based on the theory of "warming".To observe the clinical effect of weiling decoction on chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach qi-deficiency syndrome).Methods: A total of 72 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach qi-deficiency syndrome)were screened according to the subject requirements.The selected cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with weiling decoction and Chinese medicine decoction.The control group was given weinai ’an capsules for 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms,signs and changes of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results: To observe the total effective rate and total score of 67 patients who completed the test according to the requirements of the two groups,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.By comparing the changes of main symptom scores in the two groups,the treatment group had significantly better symptom improvement effects in the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the improvement of palpability and tepid limbs between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was not statistically significant.In summary,weiling decoction has more advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Conclusion: In the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach qi-deficiency syndrome),the classical prescription weiling decoction is superior to weinai’an capsule in the improvement of clinical symptoms and comprehensive efficacy,and the safety is high. |
