Data Mining-Based Study On The Prescription Medication Of Professor Ba Yuanming In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Diseases Stage 3-4

Objective:Apply the method of data and data,analyze the distribution characteristics of disease syndromes and the characteristics of prescription medications,and explore the experience of mentor Professor Ba Yuanming in clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease 3-4,and provide clinical experience for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic kidney disease3-4 It also provides data support for the research on the experience and inheritance of famous old Chinese medicine experts.Methods:In this study,data mining technology was used to collect and sort out the medical records of outpatient clinics of Chronic Kidney Disease stage 3-4 from January 2018 to December 2019,and establish an EXCEL database.Frequency analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis of the medical record data to explore the distribution of syndromes and prescriptions of patients with chronic kidney disease in stages 3-4 Preliminary analysis of ideas.Result:The gender,age,and stage of the 296 medical records included were analyzed.The results were as follows: male patients with 165 cases(85 patients in stage 3a,35 patients in stage 3b,and 45 patients in stage 4),and 131 women(48 patients in stage3a),18 cases in stage 3b,65 cases in stage 4),the youngest age is 20 years old,the largest is 89 years old,the average age is56.76 ± 12.93 years old,and the most staging is chronic kidney disease stage 3a.Analysis of the distribution of symptoms and signs,tongue,pulse,and TCM syndromes in the 1663 visits,the results are as follows: the top 15 symptoms are frequent nocturia,low back pain,fatigue,edema,poor sleep,dizziness,joint pain,stool Poor,dry mouth,itchy skin,blurred vision,weakness in both lower extremities,backache,chest tightness,and numbness of the limbs.The tongue is dominated by light red tongue and crimson tongue,the tongue coating is mainly thin white and white thick,and the pulse is mainly thin veins.The top 5 syndrome types are as follows:internal syndrome of qi and yin deficiency and dampness,internal syndrome of dampness and heat,stasis and toxin,internal syndrome of deficiency of qi and dampness,internal syndrome of qi and yin and deficiency of qi and yin,deficiency of qi and yin and deficiency and stagnation of qi and Yin License suspension within the poison.To analyze the combined diseases,the top 5 distributions are:hypertension,hyperuricemia,kidney stones,kidney cysts,anemia.The analysis of the prescriptions,treatments and medications involved in the 1539 prescriptions included is as follows: a total of 25 prescriptions are involved,of which the top 5 prescriptions in frequency of use are: Shenkang No.7,Shenkang No.6,Shenkang No.4,Shenkang No.3,Shenkang No.1 A total of 22 treatment methods were used,of which the top 5 treatment methods were: Yiqi Yangyin,Gushen Astringent Essence,Dampness Detoxification,Bushen Yiqi,Nourishing Yin and Lowering Fire A total of 175 tastes of Chinese medicines were used,of which the frequency of use The top 10 drugs are astragalus,poria cocos,codonopsis,yam,pangolin,phellodendron,distraction wood,rehmannia glutinosa,june snow,and licorice.The tonic medicine is the most used medicine,and the medicines that are used more are heat-clearing medicine,diuretic medicine,and astringent medicine.According to the analysis of the medicinal properties,it is concluded that the four-qi drugs are mostly cold drugs,followed by warm drugs,and more calm drugs;the five flavors of drugs are mainly sweet,bitter,and spicy.The medicines used by Professor Ba Yuanming in the treatment of chronic kidney disease in stages 3-4 are mostly attributed to the Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian,Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian,Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian and Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian.A complex network analysis of the used drugs was performed to obtain the degree of polymerization between the drugs.Finally,based on the cluster analysis of the drugs,12 drug pairs,7 drug groups and 4 core prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Deficiency of qi and yin,internal syndrome of dampness and toxin is the most common syndrome type in CKD3-4 stage,the pathogenesis of this disease is kidney qi and yin deficiency,damp heat,blood stasis,the disease is located in the kidney,involving the lung,liver and spleen The treatment of viscera and traditional Chinese medicine focuses on the use of drugs for supplementing deficiency,clearing heat,dampness,and astringency,which embodies the academic thought that Professor Ba Yuanming attaches importance to both Qi and Yin in the treatment of CKD3-4.
