308nm Excimer Light In The Treatment Of Localized Vitiligo

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer light combined with vitiligo capsule and transfer factor capsule in the treatment of localized vitiligo,and to explore the relationship between the mental state of patients with vitiligo and vitiligo.Methods:From October 2018 to August 2019,60 patients with non segmental and undetermined types of localized vitiligo diagnosed in our outpatient department were collected,totaling 112 lesions.Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 in each group.The treatment group(53 lesions in total)was treated with 308 mn excimer light local irradiation(once a week).At the same time,vitiligo capsule(twice a day,four capsules each time),transfer factor capsule(three times a day,two capsules each time)were taken orally,and tramixin cream was used for local external treatment(twice a day).The control group(59 lesions in total),oral vitiligo capsule(2 times a day,4 capsules each time),transfer factor capsule(3 times a day,2 capsules each time),local external treatment with trimethoprim cream(twice a day).After 12 weeks of treatment,the efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.In addition,40 patients with vitiligo were assessed by self rating anxiety scale or self rating depression scale,compared with 40 normal people,assessed their mental state,and analyzed the correlation between mental state and vitiligo.Results: 1.Compared with the control group,the effective rates of the experimental group were 67.92% and 27.12%,respectively,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);the effective rates were 88.68% and 57.63%,respectively,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);the effective rates of the experimental group were different in different parts of the skin lesions,including the skin lesions of the face and neck(27 lesions),the skin lesions of the trunk and limbs(19 lesions),and the skin lesions of the extremities(7 lesions)77.78%,68.42% and 28.57% respectively.There was significant difference between the three groups(P < 0.05).2.According to Fitzpatrick’s skin classification,the patients in the experimental group belong to type III lesions(21 lesions)and type IV lesions(32 lesions),the apparent efficiency after treatment was 71.43% and 65.63%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P > 0.05);the effective rate after treatment was 90.48% and 87.50%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3.The incidence of adverse reactions was 36.67% in the experimental group and 10.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The average scores of SAS in vitiligo group and healthy control group were(46.70 ± 5.62),(42.90 ± 4.69),with statistical significance(P < 0.05);the average scores of SDS in vitiligo group and healthy control group were(48.30 ± 6.03),(43.10 ± 3.93),with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.308 excimer light combined with vitiligo capsule,transfer factor capsule oral treatment of vitiligo,vitiligo capsule alone,transfer factor capsule treatment of vitiligo compared to improve the apparent efficiency and efficiency of treatment.2.308 excimer light combined with vitiligo capsule,transfer factor capsule oral treatment of vitiligo results show that different parts,there is a certain difference in the efficacy,the best effect of the face and neck part,the trunk and limbs part,the limb part is poor.For different types of skin,the effect is similar.3.Patients with vitiligo have a certain tendency of psychological anxiety or depression.
