Clinical Observation Of 308nm Excimer Light Combined With Compound Shouwu Tincture In The Treatment Of Vitiligo

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer light combined with Compound Shouwu Tincture in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:A total of 90 patients with vitiligo admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from May 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into three groups according to random number table method.30 cases in the combined treatment group were treated with 308 nm excimer light combined with Compound Shouwu Tincture.The group of 30 cases was treated with Compound Shouwu Tincture for external use.30 cases in the excimer light group were treated with 308 nm excimer light alone.The 308 nm excimer light was irradiated twice a week,and the Compound Shouwu Tincture was externally rubbed twice a day.The efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed after 12 weeks of treatment.Results:Among the 90 patients included,73 patients finally completed clinical observation,including 5 cases in the combined treatment group and 12 cases in the308 nm excimer light group,with a total abscission rate of 18.9%.According to statistical data analysis,there was no statistical significance in gender,age,lesion site,course of disease,periodization,season of onset and pigment scores before treatment among the three groups(P > 0.05),indicating clinical comparability.After 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of combined treatment group was 64.0%,the effective rate of Shouwu Tincture group was 23.3%,and the effective rate of excimer light group was 33.3%.Compared with the 308 nm excimer light group and the Shou Wu tincture group,the effective rates of the combined treatment group were statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the efficacy of the combined treatment group was better than that of the Shou Wu tincture group and the excimer light group.After treatment,the pigment integral distribution of the combined treatment group was compared with the other two,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),which further verified the high efficiency of the combined treatment group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P > 0.05),and no serious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment process Conclusion:The combination of 308 nm excimer light and Compound Shouwu Tincture in the treatment of vitiligo can effectively promote the recoloration of leukoplia,and the efficacy is better than that of the single treatment,and the safety is guaranteed,which is worthy of promotion.
