Objective Understanding of colorectal carcinoma patients after colostomy couples relationship,self-disclosure,and to adapt to the level of the status quo, analysis of colorectal carcinoma patients after colostomy properties of demographic characteristics and disease couple relationship,self-disclosure,adaptation level, the influence of patients’ husband and wife relationship,self-disclosure and the relationship between adaptation level, and the results of the study are applied to the clinical work,to improve patients’ husband and wife relationship, improve the level of self-disclosure level and adapt to provide guidance, improve the patients quality of life. Methods In this study,a cross-sectional survey method was adopted to select colorectal cancer patients after enterostomy surgery in an ostomy clinic and ostomy association of a third-level first-class hospital in Henan province from February 2018 to August 2019 as the research subjects, and questionnaires were issued to conduct the survey. The contents of the questionnaire included general information,lock-Wallace marital adjustment scale(MAT),pain disclosure index scale(DDI),and the Chinese version of OIA-20.Data were recorded by Epidata 3.0 software and then analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software.Mean and the standard deviation was used to describe measurement data, and frequency and percentage were used to describe counting data. The difference between the two groups was analyzed by the independent sample t-test with the double category variables in the basic data. For multi-category variables,one-way ANOVA was used to compare whether there was a significant difference. If there was a significant difference, multiple comparisons between groups were conducted to analyze the degree of difference.Person correlation analysis was used to discuss the correlation between self-disclosure,intimate relationship between husband and wife, and adaptation level.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the effects of significant variables in univariate analysis on the level of intimacy,self-disclosure,and adaptation of the patients’ spouses.According to Wen Zhongli’s three-step method of intermediary test, this paper analyzes the mediating effect of the intimate relationship between self-disclosure and adaptation level.Results1.Status quo of an intimate relationship,self-disclosure and adaptive level between husband and wife in patients with colorectal cancer enterostomy The total score of the intimate relationship between husband and wife was 110.11±18.88 points in colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy, among which 42.6% of the patients had the adjustment problem of the intimate relationship between husband and wife. The score of self-disclosure was39.69±11.256,among which 58.6% of the patients had a moderate or low level of self-disclosure.The score of the adaptation level was 52.06±7.488,which was at the middle and low adaptation level. The average score of the three dimensions was 3.01±0.684,2.66±0.746,and 2.34±0.722,respectively.2.Univariate analysis of the intimate relationship,self-disclosure and adaptive level between husband and wife in patients with colorectal cancer enterostomy The independent variables with statistical significance(P<0.05)were age, education level, residence, postoperative time, and degree of self-care.The self-disclosure score was taken as the dependent variable, and the independent variables with statistical significance(P<0.05)were gender, family per capita monthly income, and residential land. The adaptive level score was taken as the dependent variable, and the independent variables with statistical significance(P<0.05)were age, education level, residence, postoperative time, and degree of self-care.3.Correlation analysis of the intimate relationship,self-disclosure and adaptive level between husband and wife in patients with colorectal cancer enterostomy The results showed that the intimate relationship between husband and wife was positively correlated with self-disclosure,with a correlation coefficient r=0.315(P<0.01).The relationship between husband and wife was positively correlated with adaptation level r=0.246(P<0.01),which was positively correlated with acceptance and positive life attitude, and negatively correlated with persistent worry.Self-disclosure was positively correlated with adaptation level r=0.169(P<0.05),which was positively correlated with acceptance and positive life attitude, and negatively correlated with persistent worry.4.Multiple stepwise regression analysis of the intimate relationship,self-disclosure and adaptation levels of colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy The significant variables in the single factor results were respectively analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis.Among them, the total variance of the common explanation for the intimate relationship between husband and wife was 46.3% for the degree of education, degree of self-care and postoperative time.16.8% of the variation in the common explanation of self-disclosure for per capita monthly income, gender, and place of residence;Self-care level, per capita family monthly income, postoperative time, and education level accounted for 32.4% of the total variation.5.Analysis of the mediating effect of the intimate relationship between husband and wife in patients with colorectal cancer enterostomy on the level of self-disclosure and adaptation The results showed that the intimate relationship between husband and wife had a complete mediating effect between self-disclosure and adaptation level,a partial mediating effect between self-disclosure and acceptance and a positive life attitude, and a complete mediating effect between self-disclosure and persistent worry.Conclusion1.The research subjects have problems in the intimate relationship between husband and wife, and the medical staff should pay attention to them; The level of self-disclosure and the level of adaptation are in the middle level and can be further improved.2.The influencing factors of marital intimacy,self-disclosure,and adaptation level of the study subjects were: education level,self-care ability, postoperative time;Per capita monthly income, sex, and place of residence of the family;Self-care ability, family per capita monthly income, postoperative time, educational level.3.There was a positive correlation between the intimate relationship of the couple and the level of self-disclosure and adaptation; The mediating variable marital intimacy has a completely mediating effect between self-disclosure and adaptive level.
