Objective:To describe the status quo of intimacy,self-disclosure and dyadic coping between couples in stroke patients, analyze the correlation between the three and the influence of intimacy and self-disclosure on dual coping, and then explore the relationship between intimacy between self-disclosure and dyadic coping The mediating effect aims to improve the intimate relationship between stroke patients and their partners, promote the desire for self-disclosure of couples, and provide a theoretical basis for the dyadic coping intervention of clinical stroke patients. Methods:Using the convenience sampling method,300 couples of stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from a general hospital in Jilin Province as the object of this study. The self-designed general demographic data,Marriage Adjustment Test,The Distress Disclosure Index and Dyadic Coping Inventory were used to investigate and research.Using SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 statistical software for data processing and analysis, the test level α=0.05.Results:(1)The average score of the intimate relationship between stroke patients and their partners was(110.63±15.99)and(114.01±114.01±14.80)points,and more than 20%of the patient couples had marital disorders;there was a significant difference between couples(P=0.002).(2)The average scores of self-disclosure between stroke patients and their partners were(38.57±6.12)and(36.68±7.89)respectively,which were at a medium level;there was a significant difference between couples(P<0.001).(3)The average scores of dyadic coping between stroke patients and their partners were(116.91±15.26)and(119.67± 13.9 8),which were at normal levels;there was a significant difference between couples(P<0.001).(4)There was a positive correlation between intimacy and self-disclosure in stroke patients couple(r=0.375~0.497,P<0.01),both were positively correlated with the total score of dyadic coping and positive dimension, and negatively correlated with negative dimension(r=-0.604~0.632,P<0.01;r=-0.518~0.537,P<0.01).(5)Hierarchical linear regression showed that educational level, occupation, intimacy and self-disclosure could explain 52.4%of the total variance of binary coping in stroke patients(F=33.902,P<0.001);intimacy and self-disclosure could jointly explain Partner binary responses accounted for 34.1%of the total variance(F=26.748,P<0.001).(6)The results of the Actor-partner interdependence mediation model showed that the subject effect of self-disclosure of couples in stroke patients on dyadic coping was significant, and their intimacy played a partial mediating role(β=0.145,95%CI=0.096~0.207;β=0.128,95%CI=0.070~0.193);in terms of object effect, the patient’s self-disclosure has an object effect on the partner’s dyadic coping, and the patient’s intimacy plays a partial mediating role(β=0.086,95%CI=0.041~0.142),partner self-disclosure had an object effect on patients’ dyadic coping, and intimacy between both parties played a mediating role(β=0.075,95%CI=0.039~0.127;β=0.074,95%CI=0.030~0.131).Conclusion:(1)The intimate relationship between husband and wife of stroke patients needs to be improved,self-disclosure is at a moderate level, and dyadic coping is at a normal level, which can be further improved.(2)The intimacy of stroke patients couple was positively correlated with self-disclosure,the two were positively correlated with the total score of dyadic coping and positive dimension, and negatively correlated with negative dimension.(3)The main influencing factors of dyadic coping in stroke patients are education level, occupation, intimacy and self-disclosure;the main influencing factors of dyadic coping in partners are intimacy and selfdisclosure.(4)The self-disclosure of the couples of stroke patients can directly affect their own dyadic coping level, and it can also affect the dyadic coping level of both parties through the indirect effect of the patient’s intimate relationship.
