Objective:To understand the status of self-care ability of primipara during puerperium and analyze the influencing factors of self-care ability of primiparous puerperium.method:Using random sampling, from July 2019 to November 2019,324primiparas from two third-level hospitals in Hunan Province that met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research object. The self-designed general information questionnaire, the self-care scale for puerperium women’s self-care ability, the Edinburgh postpartum depression scale, and the social support scale were used to conduct questionnaire surveys on primiparas.SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistics and analysis after data sorting and verification.Statistical methods include:descriptive statistics,Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear stepwise regression analysis, analysis of variance, nonparametric test, two independent sample t test.Results:1.The total score of self-care ability of primipara during the puerperium ranged from 104-209 points, with an average value of(172.12±15.37)points.Among them, the self-care attitude dimension score was the highest(35.30±3.05)points,and the item average score was(4.41±0.18)points;the self-care knowledge dimension score was the second,(73.10±7.32)points,and the item average score was(4.3±0.43)Points;the self-care skills dimension score is the lowest,(63.71±8.09)points,the average score of the items(3.75±0.48)points.2.A single factor analysis of primiparous puerperium self-care ability showed:age, occupation, education level, family monthly income, family residence, average sleep time during puerperium, exercise type, number of readings of mother and baby books, whether to attend a maternity school,The availability of standardized prenatal examinations and postnatal visits had an effect on the scores of self-care ability of the primipara during the puerperium, with a significant difference(P<0.05).3.Correlation analysis of the puerperal self-care ability of primiparas showed that the postpartum depression score was negatively correlated with the total score of the puerperal self-care ability and the scores of various dimensions of the puerperium.Significance(P<0.05);social support was positively correlated with the total score of the puerperium self-care ability and the score of each dimension of the primipara, the correlation coefficients were:0.479,0.267,0.469,0.385,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Correlation analysis of self-care ability of primiparous puerperium showed that the postpartum depression score was negatively correlated with the total score and scores of all dimensions of primiparous puerperal puerperium, with statistical significance(P<0.05);social support and self-care of puerperal puerperium There was a positive correlation between total ability scores and scores in all dimensions, with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Multivariate regression analysis of self-care ability in the puerperium of primiparas showed that whether they received standardized prenatal check-ups and postpartum visits, whether they attended maternity school, family residence, education level, monthly household income per capita, number of reading books for mothers and infants,A total of 8variables including social support and postpartum depression entered the regression equation, and the adjusted coefficient of determination R~2=0.321,indicating that the independent variable could explain the 32.1%variation in the self-care ability of the primipara during puerperium.Conclusions:1.The self-care ability of primiparous puerperium is generally at a medium level.2.The self-care ability of primiparous puerperium was negatively correlated with postpartum depression and positively correlated with maternal social support.3.Whether to get standardized prenatal inspections and postpartum visits, whether to participate in pregnant women’s school, family residence, education level, family’s monthly income per capita, the number of reading books for mothers and infants, social support, postpartum depression are self-care during puerperium during primipara The main influencing factor of ability.
