Clinical Observation Of Tianyang Pill And Yuye Decoction In The Treatment Of Stage Ⅲ Diabetic Nephropathy(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency)

Objective:To Observe the clinical effect of Tianyang Pill and Yuye Decoction in the treatment of stageⅢdiabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and its effect on UAER,mALB,β₂-MG and Cys-C.Method:In this study,33 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and I use the self-control method for the study.At the same time as the conventional treatment,Tianyang Pills and Yuye Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine,was given once a day,and it was taken twice in the morning and evening for a total of 8 weeks.In this study,I observe the clinical efficacy,record TCM syndrome scores and changes of UAER,mALB,β₂-MG,Cys-C of patients.The SPSS 22.0 software was applied for statistical analysis.Result:1.The result of clinical efficacy showed that 7 patients were markedly effective,16 were effective,and 8 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 74.19%.2.After the treatment,TCM syndrome score was significantly reduced,and the change was statistically significant compared with before（P<0.01）.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome is 90.32%.3.After the treatment,levels of UAER,mALB,β₂-MG and Cys-C were significantly decreased,which was statistically significant compared with before treatment（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.Tian yang pill Yu ye decoction treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type diabetic nephropathyⅢperiod,can obviously improve patient’s clinical symptoms.2.Tianyang pill Yuye decoction in the treatment of stageⅢdiabetic nephropathy of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.3.Tianyang pill and Yuye decoction in the treatment of stageⅢdiabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney yang deficiency can significantly reduce the patients’levels of mALB,β₂-MG and Cys-C,renovate kidney damage and remit the progression of the disease.
