Clinical Observation Of Auricular Points Plaster Therapy On Patients Who Have Qi-deficiency And Blood-stasis Based Stable Angina Pectoris(Deficiency Of Both Heart And Spleen)

Objective:The influences of auricular points plaster therapy on traditional Chinese medical(TCM)symptoms total score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and quality of life of patients who have qi-deficiency and blood-stasis based stable angina pectoris(deficiency of both heart and spleen)were investigated to evaluate the clinical effect and securityMethods:60 patients who were diagnosed with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis based stable angina pectoris in the department of cardiology of the second hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to December in 2019 and received standardized treatment of coronary heart disease for more than 2 weeks were selected They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(30 in each).On the basis of treatment,experimental group was treated with auricular points plaster therapy and the other was treated with ginseng spleen-invigorating bolus.For both,the therapy time is 4 weeks.The comparisons of TCM symptoms total score,PSQI and quality of life before and after therapy were conducted to evaluate treatment effect.All data were statistically analyzed with SPSS24 softwareResult:1.TCM symptoms total score:TCM symptoms total score of the experimental group was obviously reduced(P<0.05)after the treatment for 4 weeks compared to control group.The effective treatment rate of TCM symptoms of experimental group was 92.9%after the treatment for 4 weeks,and the other group was 82.1%,indicating the significantly improved(P<0.05)effective treatment rate of experimental group relative to control group2.PSQI:PSQI of the experimental group was obviously reduced(P<0.05)after the treatment for 4 weeks compared to control group.The effective treatment rate of PSQI of experimental group was 82.1%after the treatment for 4 weeks,and the other group was 75.0%,indicating that the differences fell short of statistical significance(P>0.05)3.QLQ-C30:QLQ-C30 of the experimental group was obviously increased(P<0.05)after the treatment for 4 weeks compared to control group4.Safety:During the test,patients in the treatment group did not see allergic reactions,skin lesions,infection and other unpleasant reactions,indicating that auricular acupoint pressing beans were safe and reliable in clinical practiceConclusion:1.Auricular points plaster therapy can reduce the TCM symptoms total score of patients who have qi-deficiency and blood-stasis based stable angina pectoris(deficiency of both heart and spleen)and improve TCM clinical symptoms;2.Auricular points plaster therapy can reduce PSQI of patients and improve the symptoms of insomnia;Auricular points plaster therapy can increase the QLQ-C30 and improve the quality of life3.Auricular points plaster therapy has no serious adverse reaction,and it is safe and reliable.
