A Study On The Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Coronary Heart Disease (stable Angina Pectoris) By "treatment From The Spleen"

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy in the treatment of coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris)through spleen.Methods:This research adopts the multicenter,blind method,hierarchical block random and parallel-group trial design types,choose between January 2013 and December 2013 in this test 6 sub-center of 240 cases of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina,and randomly divided into three groups:In the control group,80 patients were treated with western medicine,such as placebo and conventional aspirin enteric-coated tablet,atorvastatin calcium tablet,etc.The first experimental group,80 patients,were treated with traditional Chinese medicine granules with the efficacy of “Replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm”,and basic treatment of western medicine.The second test group,80 patients were given the traditional Chinese medicine granules with the efficacy of “Rnvigorating qi to invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm and dispersing blood stasis”,and basic treatment of western medicine.All three groups were treated for 12 weeks.Observe the three groups of patients with angina pectoris integral,nitroglycerin medications,angina treatment effectiveness,SAQ and TCM symptom integral table,electrocardiogram,blood lipid levels,Hcy,inflammatory factors such as level changes.The results were analyzed by SAS 9.2 software.Results: 1.In the first test group,the second test group and the control group,the number of angina pectoris and angina pectoris was reduced by 0 weeks(P<0.01)at 4 and 12 weeks.In the first test group,angina was significantly lower than the control group at 12 weeks(P<0.05).The number and dosage of Nitroglycerin Tablets in the first test group and the second test group were significantly lower than that before the treatment at 12 weeks(P<0.05).The effective rates of angina pectoris in the 1 groups and the 2 groups were 74.4% and 74.7%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(56.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The results of SAQ score showed that: test group 1 and test group 2,and the control group,the score of each dimension of SAQ in 4 weeks and 12 weeks was higher than that in group 0(P<0.01).In 12 weeks,the score of angina in patients with angina stability was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.According to the results of TCM syndromes,three groups of patients with TCM syndrome differentiation,subtotal score and total score were lower than before treatment(P<0.01).4.After treatment,the levels of TC?TG?LDL-C?ox-LDL?hs-CRP?and MCP-1 were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum Hcy level of patients in group 1 and group 2 was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).In 4 weeks and 12 weeks,the level of VCAM-1 in test 1 group and 2 groups was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).5.During the study period,there were statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse events among the three groups(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events and serious adverse events(P>0 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The treatment of coronary heart disease(stable angina pectoris)through spleen is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris,and it can effectively improve the stability and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease,and has good safety.2.“Replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm” and “Rnvigorating qi to invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm and dispersing blood stasis” can effectively improve the TCM symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease(spleen deficiency phlegm),reduce blood lipid level,and improve patients' excessive inflammatory response status.
