| Objective: 1.Infrared thermal imaging technology was applied to study the changes of skin temperature in different time domain caused by acupuncture at the right taichong point,and the influence of acupuncture on the skin temperature was discussed.2.Infrared thermal imaging technology was used to study the effect of acupuncture on skin temperature of right side taichong point on right side qiuxu point,and to discuss the correlation of the mutual influence of liver-gallbladder meridian point.Method: Healthy college students aged 20-30 years old were selected,with an average age of 25.57±1.37 years old.In heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital peripheral vascular branch ward irt airtight laboratory(room temperature control at 26 ℃ + /-1 ℃,humidity control in the plus or minus 10%,20%)on experimental research,the equipment selection of digital medical infrared thermal imager(WN Ⅲ 0805universal).1.Preliminary experiment: the skin temperature of healthy subjects was observed by infrared thermal imaging technology for 60 minutes,and the time when the skin temperature and the experimental environment temperature reached a dynamic equilibrium was observed.2.experiment 1: the application of infrared thermal imaging observation acupuncture lr 3 hole on the right side when the five minutes before the needle(resting temperature),the needle after 30 s(immediately after the needles),retaining needle for 5 minutes,10minutes)before(row needle retaining needle,needle line after 30 s(line immediately after a needle),retaining needle for 15 minutes,retaining needle for 20 minutes,30 minutes after the needle and the temperature change,the needle right lr 3 hole on the right side of the lr 3 hole skin temperature change in different time domain features.3.Experiment 2: acupuncture the right taichong point,observe the temperature change characteristics of the right qiuxu point 5 minutes before the injection(resting temperature),5 minutesafter the injection,10 minutes after the injection,15 minutes after the injection,20 minutes after the injection and 20 minutes after the injection.Result: 1.Preliminary experimental results: the temperature after 40 minutes and the temperature after 40 minutes were measured using the retest measurement analysis of variance in the general linear model,and the results were obtained as p > 0.05,with no statistical significance.2.Paired t test was used to test the temperature in the acupoint area 5minutes before and immediately after the right taichong point acupuncture,P< 0.01,showing statistical significance,and the temperature increased significantly.Paired t test was used to test P < 0.01 of the temperature in the acupoint area of right taichong point before needle insertion(leaving the needle for 10 minutes)and the temperature immediately after needle insertion,which was statistically significant and the temperature increased significantly.The temperature in the right taichong point after 20 minutes of needle retention was obtained by the anova of retest measurements in the general linear model,F = 14.928,p = 0.001 < 0.05,and the temperature in the right taichong point increased significantly with time.The results showed that the resting temperature changed significantly 30 minutes after the injection of right overshoot,p < 0.05.P > 0.05 was compared with resting temperature at30 s after injection3.Anova was used to analyze the influence of skin temperature on right qiu xu acupoint when acupuncture left the needle at right taichong acupoint,F= 157.241,p = 0.000 < 0.01.It was statistically significant that the temperature at right qiu xu acupoint decreased significantly with the change of needle retention time.According to the analysis of variance of retest measurement in general linear model,F = 147.134 and p = 0.000 < 0.01 were used to analyze the temperature change of right qiu xu after the needle was taken out.It was statistically significant that the temperature of right qiu xu acupoint increased significantly with the change of needle retention time.The comparative analysis of temperature and resting temperature in taichong pointarea 5min after injection showed statistical significance(p < 0.01).P < 0.05 was statistically significant in the comparison analysis of the temperature in the punching point area and the resting temperature at 10 min after injection.The comparative analysis of temperature and resting temperature in taichong point area at 15 min after injection showed statistical significance with p <0.05.P > 0.05 was compared with resting temperature 20 min after injection,showing no statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture at taichong point,the skin temperature at taichong point changes with time,and both acupuncture and acupuncture can raise the skin temperature.The acupuncture effect lasts until 10 minutes after the injection.Acupuncture affects skin temperature of taichong point.2.Acupuncture at the right taichong point had a significant effect on the temperature of the right qiuxu point.The temperature of acupuncture at right taichong point and right qiuxu point decreased.After the injection,the temperature of qiu xu cave rose and returned to resting temperature after 15 minutes.The acupuncture effect lasts for 15 minutes after the injection.The two intrahepatic and gallbladder meridians were correlated. |
