| Objective: To observe the temperature changes of Zusanli and Xiangu acupoints on both sides of the meridian by acupuncture on the right side of Zusanli,understand the characteristics of body surface temperature changes at he-sea points and Shu-stream points,and discuss the relationship between the gas flow injection of the acupoints of he-sea acupoints and Shu-stream points Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming and the temperature of acupoint.Methods:Include 30 cases in the healthy group,with an average age of(24.04±2.20)years;30 cases in the sub-healthy group,with an average age of(23.89 ± 1.94)years.Both groups used the same technique to puncture the Zusanli point on the right side without any manipulation during the needle retention period.Controling laboratory temperature(26 ± 1)℃,humidity(30± 10%),using infrared thermal imaging to observe the two groups of bilateral Zusanli points and bilateral Xiangu points before acupuncture resting for 5minutes,10 minutes,20 minutes,30 minutes,40 minutes,acupuncture immediately 2 minutes,leaving the needle for 10 minutes,and leaving the needle the temperature changes at each time point of 20 min,retention of the needle for 30 min,2min immediately after needle withdrawal,10 min for needle withdrawal,20 min for needle withdrawal and 30 min for needle withdrawal.Using statistical software IBM SPSS22.0,using repeated measures analysis of variance,independent sample T test,paired sample T test,analysis of variance or non-parametric test to perform statistics on related data.Results:1.The effect of acupuncture at the right Zusanli on the temperature of acupoints in the healthy group:(1)After acupuncture at Zusanli on the right side,the temperature changes of Zusanli on both sides over time are extremely significant.The temperature of Zusanli acupoint on the right side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point from 2 min to 30 min after acupuncture;P < 0.05 or P < 0.01;on the left Zusanli acupoint at 2 min,20 min,and 2 min,Needle retention 30 min,needle withdrawal 10 min,needle withdrawal 20 min,needle withdrawal 30 min and the temperature before acupuncture dropped significantly,P<0.05 or P<0.01;needle 10 min with the temperature before acupuncture has no significant difference,P>0.05.(2)After acupuncturing the Zusanli point on the right,the temperature of the Xiangu point on both sides changes with time.The temperature of Xiangu acupoint on the right side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point from 2min to 30 min after needle insertion,P<0.01;the temperature of Xiangu acupoint on the left was from 2min to30 min after needle insertion and before acupuncture Compared with the significant decrease in temperature,P<0.05 or P<0.01.2.The effect of acupuncture at the right Zusanli on the temperature of acupoints in the sub-health group:(1)After acupuncture at Zusanli on the right side,the temperature changes of Zusanli on both sides over time have extremely significant significance.The temperature of Zusanli on the right was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point from 2min to 30 min after needle insertion,P<0.01;the temperature of Zusanli on the left was compared with that before acupuncture at each time point from 2min to 30 min after needle insertion.The specific temperature dropped significantly,P<0.05 or P<0.01.(2)After acupuncturing the Zusanli point on the right,the temperature of the Xiangu point on both sides changes with time.The temperature of Xiangu acupoint on the right side was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point from 2min to 30 min after needle insertion,P<0.01;the temperature of Xiangu acupoint on the left was from 2min to30 min after needle insertion and before acupuncture Compared with the significant decrease in temperature,P<0.01.3.Comparison of acupoint temperature between the two groups:(1)Compared with the healthy group,the temperature of Zusanli on the right side of the sub-health group decreased significantly after needle retention for 10 minutes,10 minutes of needle withdrawal,and 20 minutes of needle withdrawal,P<0.05,and the temperature dropped at other times but not statistically significant;sub-health group The temperature of Zusanli point on the left decreased significantly after 2 minutes of needle insertion and 10 minutes of needle retention,P<0.05;there was no statistically significant decrease in temperature at other times.(2)Compared with the healthy group,in the sub-health group,the temperature at each time period after acupuncture at the right Xiangu point was significantly lower,P<0.05;the temperature at the left Xiangu point was significantly lower at each time period of needle retention for 20 min,30 min,and needle withdrawal,P <0.05.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Zusanli on the right can cause the temperature of Zusanli and Xiangu on both sides to have a meridian-tracking cooling effect at the same time period,the gas flow injection of the Foot Yangming Stomach Channel he-sea points and Shu-stream points is related to the teperature charge of the acupoint area.2.Acupuncture at the Zusanli point on the right side made the temperature of acupoints in the healthy group and the sub-health group show a downward trend,showing regular differences. |
