Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type With Shenqi Guixiong Decoction

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Guixiong Decoction in the treatment of patients with Chronic Heart Failure of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis,and provide clinical ideas for TCM intervention in patients with Chronic Heart Failure.MethodsIn this study,60 patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM(Sichuan Hospital of TCM)diagnosed with CHF of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis.The patients were randomly divided into the test group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group only use western medicine conventional treatment of CHF,and the test group was treated with Shenqi Guixiong Decoction on the former.After 4 weeks treatment cycle,observation indexes were TCM syndrome score,the cardiac function classification,Lee’s ranting,LVEF,6MWT,NT-ProBNP and Minnesota Life Quality score before and after treatment.And valuated the clinical safety by testing blood routine,liver and kidney function,ECG.SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis to draw the conclusion.Results1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment:the TCM syndrome scores in both groups had decreased,and the test group was more effective than the control group in changing the symptoms of shortness of breath,fatigue,spontaneous sweating and lusterless complexion(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate was 83.33% in the test group,and 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the cardiac function classification before and after treatment:the cardiac function classification was improved in both groups.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the cardiac function classification before and after treatment(P<0.05).And the effective rate was 86.67% in the test group,60% in the control group(P<0.05).3.NT-ProBNP,LVEF,6MWT after treatment:the level of NT-ProBNP was lower in both groups;the score of LVEF was higher in both groups after treatment;and the distance of 6MWT was longer.The test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.Lee’s ranting after treatment: The Lee’s ranting decreased in both groups,and the score of the test group was inferior to the control group(P<0.05).5.Minnesota Life Quality score after treatment:Minnesota Life Quality score were improved in both groups.The test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionShenqi Guixiong Decoction combined with western medicine conventional treatment can improve the cardiac function classification,reduce clinical symptoms,prolong 6MWT distance and improve the quality of life of patients with CHF of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis.The efficacy is accurate,effective and safe,and worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
