Intervention Effect Of Modified Shenqi Yixin Prescription Based On Psycho-cardiology Model In Chronic Heart Failure With Anxiety State

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Shenqi Yixin prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis)complicated with anxiety state,to provide a more effective psychocardiology treatment for patients with chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis)with anxiety state.Methods:60 subjects diagnosed as chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis)complicated with anxiety in the inpatient department of cardiovascular department of our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected,including treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n= 30).The control group was treated with routine western medicine plus behavioral cognitive therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Yixin prescription on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The trial period was 2 weeks.Comparing the TCM syndrome score,cardiac function grade(NYHA),cardiac function index(serum NT-pro BNP concentration,6MWT,cardiac ultrasound LVEF),HAMA score and MLHFQ score before and after treatment.Results:1.TCM syndrome scores: after the trial,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the trial,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.6MWT: the six-minute walking distance between the treatment group and the control group was significantly higher than that before the experiment,and the curative effect in the treatment group was more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.LVEF : after the trial,the LVEF value of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Cardiac function classification comparison(NYHA): Compared with the cardiac function classification(NYHA)of patients in the two groups,the cardiac function classification were improved after the test,The treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Serum NT-pro BNP concentration: after the trial,the concentration of NT-pro BNP in the two groups was significantly lower than before,and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.HAMA score: after the trial,the HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant statistically significant(P < 0.01).7.MLHFQ score: after the trial,the MLHFQ scores of the two groups were lower than before,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenqi Yixin prescription can improve the TCM syndrome of patients with chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis)complicated with anxiety,improve cardiac function,improve increase activity tolerance.2.Shenqi Yixin prescription can improve the anxiety degree of patients with chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis)complicated with anxiety,improve the quality of life of patients.
