Clinical Observation Of Small Needle Knife In Treating Sedimentary Dermatitis

Objective: To observe the improvement of the clinical symptoms of the small needle knife in the treatment of patients with stasis dermatitis,analyze the effect of the small needle knife on various physiological indicators of the patient,evaluate the overall efficacy of the small needle knife treatment,and compare it with the basic treatment plan to further evaluate The feasibility and safety of acupuncture for the treatment of stasis dermatitis.Methods: The cases studied in the subject came from 70 patients who were diagnosed as stasis dermatitis in the Department of Peripheral Vascular Diseases of First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019,and met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.example.The basic treatment method of the two groups of patients was to take Danshen Ligustrazine Injection,safflower yellow pigment,and oral diosmin for 15 consecutive days.For patients with severe itching,topical Scorpion ointment was applied externally.The treatment group also uses a small needle knife treatment on the basis of basic treatment.Needle knife treatment is once every 3-4 days,and 5 times is a complete course of treatment.After one month of treatment in the two groups of patients,the results of various indicators before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed to assess adverse reactions,and whether the two groups of patients relapsed after 6 months was counted.Results:1.The clinical symptom improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%,and the effective rate of the control group was 85.71%.There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment;2.There were no recurrence cases in the treatment group,and 5 cases in the control group;3.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients during the treatment.Conclusion: The clinical effect and clinical symptom improvement of small needle knife treatment for stasis dermatitis is significantly higher than that of basic treatment,and the recurrence rate of patients is low.This shows that the small needle knife is effective in treating stasis dermatitis,has high feasibility,is safe and convenient,has little side effects,can obviously restore the dynamic balance of the tissue,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
