Objective:Based on the retrospective study on the clinical cases of Professor Xie Jingri’s previous diagnosis and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),through the statistical analysis to the prescription of Professor Xie Jingri for NAFLD,to summarize the medication rule of Professor Xie Jingri for the treatment of this disease,and to generalize its clinical experience.Methods:Collecting the detailed medical records of 212 patients with NAFLD who correspond the inclusion criteria from December 2015 to January 2020 in the outpatient medical record system of Professor Xie Jingri.Preprocessing and normalizing the data in medical records and using WPS Excel 2019 to create a database,and obtain the statistics of efficacy,four properties,five flavors,and the frequency of the Chinese medicine.Using IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 statistical software for frequency analysis and cluster analysis of data in the database,and combined with clinical practice to obtain the medicine suits and medicine groups for NAFLD.And then summarize the medication rule of Professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of NAFLD by analyzing the statistical results.Results:The first prescriptions for 212 patients with NAFLD included 150 Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 4731 times,and of which 54 medicines were used in the frequency of more than 20 times,with a frequency of 3657,accounting for 88.40%of the total use frequency,these Chinese medicines are common drugs for the treatment of NAFLD.27 medicines were used in the frequency of more than 60 times,with a frequency of 2589,accounting for 62.58%,and they were Professor Xie Jingri’s core medications for the treatment of NAFLD.Among the 212 first prescriptions with NAFLD,the frequency of qi-regulating drugs was the highest,included 12 medicines,with a frequency of 560,accounting for 13.54%,followed by replenishing deficiency drugs,included 20 medicines,with a frequency of 531,accounting for 12.83%;blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs,included 15 medicines,with a frequency of 469,accounting for 11.34%;water-enhancing drugs,included 10 medicines,with a frequency of 440,accounting for 10.64%;these four types medicines were the core medicine categories for the treatment of this disease.According to the statistics,the most commonly used medicine in the four properties was the warmth,and its frequency was 48.01%,followed by cold(mild cold),accounted for(33.14%),neutral accounted for(14.33%).The most commonly used medicine in the five tastes was pungency,followed by bitterness and sweetness.The leading four of medicines’ channel tropism were spleen,lung,stomach,and liver meridian.There were 11 commonly used medicine suits and 7 commonly used medicine groups according to the cluster analysisConclusion:1.Bupleurum,Macrocephala,Semen coicis,Lysimachia,Radix curcumae,Carcuma longa,Citrus chirocarpus,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Perilla fruit,Endothelium corneum gigeriae galli are the most common drugs of the Professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of NAFLD2.Qi-regulating drugs,tonify deficiency drugs,blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs,water-enhancing drugs are the core medication categories for Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of NAFLD3.Pungency,bitterness,sweetness;warmth,cold,neutral;spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian are the main nature flavor and channel tropism for Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of NAFLD.4.Soothing liver,strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney,activating blood,removing stasis and eliminating phlegm,eliminating dampness,purging turbidity and dissolving phlegm are the basic therapy for Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of NAFLD.
