Study On The Medication Rule Of Professor Xie Jingri In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis In Remission Period

Objective: By systematically excavating,analyzing and sorting out the complete medical records of ulcerative colitis in remission period recorded in the outpatient medical record system of the tutor Professor Xie Jingri,the medication law and clinical experience of supervisor in the treatment of this disease were summarized,in order to improve the clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 152 cases that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for remission of ulcerative colitis from December 2015 to December 2020 were selected from the outpatient medical record system of our supervisor Professor Xie Jingri.After standardized processing,the required information was successively entered into Microsoft Excel 2019 spreadsheet to establish a database.The software is used to perform frequency statistical analysis on the patient’s general information,clinical symptoms,TCM diagnosis syndromes,and first-diagnosed prescription drugs.Using IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software to conduct association analysis and cluster analysis respectively on the commonly used drugs in the treatment of UC remission by tutors.Results:1.From the statistical analysis of the frequency of general data and clinical symptoms,we found that female patients accounted for about 44.74%of the total number of cases,and male patients accounted for about 55.26% of the total number of cases,with a male to female ratio of 1.24:1.The statistical age range of the disease was between 15 and 91 years old,and the average age was 45 years old.Among the clinical symptoms of UC patients in remission,the frequency of stool irregularity was the highest,followed by no pus and blood in the stool,fatigue,anorexia,poor sleep soundness,pus and blood,abdominal pain,appetite,stool formation,dry mouth.2.Statistical analysis of TCM syndrome types at the first diagnosis of152 UC patients in remission period showed that spleen deficiency and dam pheat syndrome was the most common,accounting for 35.53%,followed by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome(28.95%),spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome(15.79%),yin and blood deficiency syndrome(9.21%),6.58% of large intestine damp-heat syndromes,and 3.95% of mixed syndromes of cold and heat.3.Statistical analysis of the first-diagnosis prescriptions of 152 patients with UC in remission,a total of 141 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,there were 14 drugs with a drug frequency ≥70 times,atractylodes macrocephala,Bupleurum,Coix,Atractylodes,Psoralea,Treats,Coptidis,Scutellaria,Myrobalan,Nutmeg,Baiji,Chishizhi,Yam,Astragalus,which were high-frequency drugs for the tutor to treat UC in remission.The medicinal properties of the four qi used by the instructor were mainly warm medicinal,cold medicinal and flat medicinal,accounting for 72.97%,the five flavors of medicine were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,accounting for68.65%,and the meridians of the drugs were mainly spleen,stomach and liver,accounting for 50.47%.4.From the correlation analysis of the first-diagnosed prescription and medication,it was concluded that the core prescription of the tutor for the treatment of UC in remission was composed of 9 kinds of medicines,there were atractylodes macrocephala,bupleurum,coix,atractylodes,psoralea,treats,coptidis,scutellaria,myrobalan.5.Cluster analysis of commonly used drugs(frequency≥10)showed that there were 13 commonly used drug pairs and 10 commonly used drug combinations in the remission period of UC treated by tutors.Conclusions:1.Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of ulcerative colitis in remission period focuses on three-factor syndrome differentiation and treatment.Separately use cold and cool to clear away heat,"four methods" to remove dampness;dispel turbidity and toxin,clear blood and drain pus;tong and astringency flexible,unclog the gastrointestinal tract;soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen,regulate qi and regenerate muscles;nourish the kidney yin and soothe the mind.2.Professor Xie Jingri’s first-diagnosed prescription high-frequency drugs for the treatment of ulcerative colitis in remission are as follows:atractylodes macrocephala,Bupleurum,Coix,Atractylodes,Psoralea,Treats,Coptidis,Scutellaria,Myrobalan,Nutmeg,Baiji,Chishizhi,Yam,Astragalus,a total of 14 flavors.3.Professor Xie Jingri treats ulcerative colitis in remission.The medicinal properties of the four qi in the instructor’s medicines are mainly warm medicinal,cold medicinal and flat medicinal,the five flavors of medicines are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,the meridians of the drugs are mainly spleen,stomach,and liver.4.Professor Xie Jingri is good at drug pairs and drug combinations in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in remission.His core prescriptions are atractylodes macrocephala,bupleurum,coix,atractylodes,psoralea,treats,coptidis,scutellaria,myrobalan.
