The Study On The Disease Name Of The Bi Syndrome In Qin And Han Dynasties

Bi syndrome is a common disease in Qin and Han Dynasties.There are rich Bi syndrome records in bamboo and silk medical documents,literature and history books handed down from ancient times in the Qin and Han dynasties,systematically summarizing the Bi syndrome theory in the Qin and Han dynasties,and comprehensively reflecting the general situation of people’s understanding of Bi syndrome in the Qin and Han dynasties.And has an important influence on the development of the theory of Bi syndrome in later generations.At present,the research on Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties pays attention to the data of Bi syndrome in the medical document Huangdi Neijing handed down from ancient times.Most of the research contents are clinical application of Bi syndrome,and few studies have been carried out on the name of Bi syndrome.This paper summarizes and analyzes the names of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties by combing the Bi syndrome records in Jiangling Zhangjiashan medical bamboo slips of the Han Dynasty,Medical Literature Unearthed from the Mawangdui Han Tombs,Chengdu Laoguanshan medical bamboo slips,Wuwei medical bamboo slips of the Han Dynasty,Dunhuang bamboo slips of the Han Dynasty,Suwen,LingShu,Jinkui YaoLue,Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The specific discussion is divided into four chapters:the first chapter is introduction,summarizing the Bi syndrome meaning,research category,material source and research method involved in this article.The second chapter is the general situation of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties,and the basic situation of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties is stated from three aspects:the description of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties,the use of words,etiology and pathogenesis.The third chapter is the naming of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties,and discusses the specific situation of Bi syndrome from six categories: external body part naming,zang-fu naming,five-body naming,symptom naming,etiology naming and seasonal naming.The fourth chapter is the naming analysis of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties,from three angles: class name and special name,different name of the same disease and change of naming mode.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:the name of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties includes two meanings: the general name and specific Bi syndrome.The multi-angle independent and cross-cutting understanding of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties together constitute the overall understanding of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties.The naming of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties embodies two theoretical ways of understanding the theory of Qi-meridians and the theory of qi-zang-fu organs.The understanding of the disease name of Bi syndrome in Qin and Han dynasties embodies meridian medicine mainly based on Huangdi Neijing and prescription medicine mainly based on Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Jinkui YaoLue.
