Patient-centered Medical Service Optimization Rresearch

Medical health concerns people’s lives and quality of life and has received more attention in recent years.Due to the large population of China and the imbalance of regional economic development,China’s medical market and environment have presented a complicated situation,which is manifested in the unreasonable allocation of medical resources and the cumbersome medical service process,resulting in patients who are difficult to see and see.Expensive,resulting in the need for critically ill and difficult patients can not get good treatment.Therefore,this paper proposes a patient-centered,medical service-related issue to explore ways and strategies for optimizing medical services,with the aim of providing assistance in the reform of the health care sector.This paper analyzes the existing problems of China’s existing medical system from the macro level,medical institutions and individual levels.It designs the medical monitoring platform,collaborative service platform and information sharing platform as the three modules of the collaborative medical system,and builds the patient-centered system.Collaborative medical system model.On this basis,the three decision-making ideas are introduced into the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and the thresholds of the three decisions are determined by the attribute reduction of the rough set and the Bayesian risk decision-making method,so that the patient leaves and stays after the visit.Three decision-making schemes for observation and referral in hospitals.The choice of this scheme is the decision-making scheme selection method under the condition of minimizing decision-making risk,and realizes the decision-making purpose of quantification of graded diagnosis and treatment;for patients who need to be referred,the patient is analyzed.Based on the general process of referral,the Petri net was used to model it,and the referral process based on the collaborative medical system was established.The time before and after the process optimization was compared by simulation,and the effect after the optimization process was verified.The bottleneck link proposes a corresponding referral optimization strategy,which achieves the goal of improving the efficiency of medical service work and optimizing medical service processes.
