Objective:To text the reliability and validity of the questionnaire on nurses' risk perception of antineoplastic drugs exposure in the chinese language version of persia.,and understood the risk awareness and protection status of nurses in cancer related departments,so as to provide reference for optimizing the protection policy of antineoplastic drugs exposure. Methods:Based on the international guidelines, the self-assessment questionnaire of antineoplastic drugs exposure risk and health was translated into Chinese by two person translation back translation method, and the questionnaire was modified and cross-cultural adjusted by Delphi method.32 nurses from cancer treatment departments were selected for pre experiment, and the final version of the self-assessment questionnaire of antineoplastic drugs exposure risk and health was determined. Then, according to the method of objective sampling,503 nurses exposed to ADs in cancer-related departments of 8 public hospitals in Shenzhen were selected for questionnaire survey.Results:1.Based on the items of the source questionnaire and two rounds of expert consultation, the questionnaire includes two parts: behavior self-assessment and health self-assessment,with a total of 45 items in seven dimensions.By exploratory factor analysis,7 common factors were extracted, the cumulative variance contribution rate was65.67%,the content validity of the questionnaire was 0.84-1,s-cvi was 0.92,the coefficient of Crobach's ? was 0.738,and the retest reliability was 0.662.2.The questionnaire results showed that The management of cancer hospital in training and safety protection equipment, establishment of standardized antineoplastic drug allocation process and antineoplastic drugs allocation table cleaning program were significantly better than that of the city level, the third class general hospital and the districtlevel hospital(P < 0.05).Before entering the Department,30.82% of the nurses did not understand the potential risks of occupational exposure to antineoplastic drugs,26.64% of the nurses reported that the hospital lacked supervision on the safety behavior after training,28.63% of the nurses reported that the hospital lacked standardized configuration process of antineoplastic drugs,27.83% of the nurses reported that the hospital did not have emergency treatment equipment for the exposure of antineoplastic drugs;2 of the 8 public hospitals(25.00%)In the PIVAS,pharmacy intravenous admixture Among the 6 hospitals without PIVAS,only 8 departments(57.14%)in 14 investigated departments were equipped with biosafety cabinets,22.27% of the nurses reported that there was no cleaning plan for the desks and biosafety cabinets in the departments,76.14% of the nurses thought that the occupational environment was lack of security,93.44% of the nurses suggested adding specific physical examination items to the staff exposed to the antineoplastic drugs.Conclusion:1.Nurses' perception of ADs exposure risk and health self-assessment questionnaire have good reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool to evaluate nurses' perception and protection level of ADs occupational exposure risk2.It is suggested that the hospital should strengthen the construction of its own hardware facilities, set up PIVAS in conditional hospitals, allocate class II B2 BSC in each department of the hospital, and add specific immunology and biological monitoring items such as micronucleus, comet assay,8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine in the physical examination items of employees.3.Nurses' s awareness and protection status of occupational exposure risk of ADs are not optimistic, standardize pre-job education and drug protection operation guidelines, improve the compliance monitoring of nurses' personal protective equipment(PPE),and reduce occupational injuries. It is of great significance to promote the development of cancer-related nursing specialties.
