OBJECTIVEWith widespread use of antineoplastic agents in clinic,many tumour patients got a longer survival and higher life qualities, but much more exposure hazards were brough on to the occupational nurses.Most antineoplastic agents used currently are cytotoxic drugs which are known to be mutagenic,carcinogenic and teratogenic to human.The antineoplastic agents will form mist which contains a lot of poisonous particulars and get through into the nurses body via the skin or respiration when they are prepared. And the nurses also have many chances to expose to the antineoplastic agents when they are administrating the transfution or handling the patients ordures.Researches have approved that the antineoplastic agents can be detected in the workshop air and on the worktables.Some scholars can determine out Methotrexate,Cyclophosphamide ,5-FU and the Platins by biometrics method in the occupational nurses' urine.An epidemiological study on the effect of occupational exposure to antineoplastic agents on reproductive outcome in nurses shown that the risk of pregnant complications and adverse pregnant outcome in the nurses could be increased by exposing to antineoplastic drugs and the adverse pregnant outcome was...
