Objective:In recent years, with the rapid development of the global economy, people's living standards have gradually improved.Coupled with irrational dietary structure, unhealthy living habits, different economies and cultures, and stress, the prevalence of obesity has been increasing year by year.Obesity has become one of the world's public health problems, which could not only lead to the physical and psychological damage of children and adolescents,at various level, but also to a series of metabolic disorders. However,it hasn't paid much attention in China due to the lack of knowledge. Therefore, this research investigates the eating habit of normal, overweight and obese people, analyzes the eating characteristics analysis, cognitive level, living environment and psychological state to help overweight and obese patients to understand their own problems, which enables clinicians to target overweight and obese patients with cognitive behavioral therapy. Methods:The diagnosis of overweight and obesity conforms to the guidelines for prevention and control of overweight and obesity in Chinese adults. The inpatient department of the third affiliated hospital of Nan Chang university from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects. The subjects based on body mass index(BMI)were divided into three groups.Group 1: patients with normal weight(n=35);Group 2:patients with overweight(n=97);Group 3:patients with obesity(n=77).Chi square test of three groups on clinical and biochemical parameters include age, gender, education level, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension, diabetes, total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, family history of obesity and uric acid.Quantitative data including creatinine, urea nitrogen, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase is used with rank sum test.Dietary behavior including body weight recognition, eating motivation, alternative eating, hunger and satiety, eating method, food content and eating regularity was Chi square.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of overweight and obese patients.Results:1.There were significant differences in gender, education level,hypertension,diabetes,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and uric acid among the three groups(P < 0.05).No difference were observed in age, smoking, alcohol consumption, family history of obesity, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, liver and kidney function among the three groups(P>0.05).2.The obesity ratio of male was higher than that of female(41.6% vs 29.8%);The prevalence of obesity was highest among those with a college degree or above(53.1%),and lowest among those with a junior high school degree(26.8%).The prevalence of obesity in patients with hypertension was higher than that in non-patients(43.8% vs 25.3%).The prevalence of obesity in patients with diabetes was higher than that in non-patients(46.9% vs 45.6%).The prevalence of obesity in patients with dyslipidemia was higher than that in patients with normal lipid profile(TG: 42.2% vs 31%,HDL-C: 48.9% vs 30.7%).The prevalence of obesity in patients with abnormal uric acid was higher than that in normal uric acid(44.6% vs 32.6%).3.Compared with normal weight patients, overweight patients had statistically significant differences in body weight recognition, alternative eating, eating methods and food content(P < 0.05).Compared with normal weight patients, the obesity patients had statistically significant differences in body weight recognition, eating motivation, alternative eating, hunger and satiety, eating methods food content and eating regularity(P < 0.05).4.Taking every factor as independent variables, the results of Multivariate unconditional logistic regression showed that lack of awareness of weight, eating fast and large quantities were risk factors for overweight.Patients with hypertension, lack of awareness of weight, eating fast and large quantities, eating greasy and calorie-heavy food were risk factors to lead in obesity.Conclusion:1.Male or people with college or higher educated are more likely to be obese.2.People with high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia or uric acid are more likely to be obese.3.Overweight patients have significant problems in cognition of body weight, alternative eating, eating methods and food contents.Obese patients have enormous problems in cognition of body weight, eating motivation, alternative eating, feeling of hunger and fullness, eating method, food content and eating regularity.4.Clinicians understand that it is important to guide overweight patients to understand their own weight and the way they intake, and obese patients to understand their own weight, their eating patterns and food choices in cognitive behavioral therapy.
