As a new teaching mode,the flipped classroom has changed the teaching mode of the teacher and the way of the students' learning.It emphasizes the autonomous learning of the students.Whether the students have the ability to study independently affects the effect of the implementation of the flipped classroom.Therefore,it is very important to study how to cultivate students' autonomous learning in the flipped classroom mode.At present,the main body of the flipped class in the study,that is,the attention of the learner itself needs to be improved.The research on the strategy and validation of the autonomous learning in the flipped classroom is still inadequate.The purpose of this study is to achieve the goal of cultivating students' autonomous learning based on the following three problems: how to design and construct the independent learning model based on the flipped classroom,how to design and implement the teaching activities which are conducive to the autonomous learning of the students based on this model,and whether the model can effectively improve the high school Students' autonomous learning level.The research method based on the design based study is based on the real case of high school English teaching,through the practice of iterative cycle,and on the basis of the data feedback,the designed autonomous learning mode based on the flipped classroom is constantly reconsidered and revised,and finally a perfect autonomous learning model is formed.The data of questionnaire,interview and unit test in the analysis study show that the independent learning model based on the flipped classroom has a significant effect on promoting the students' autonomous learning ability,which can promote the students to motivate the internal learning motivation,clear the learning goals,monitor the learning process and evaluate the learning results.Students have poor performance in the use of learning strategies and learning programs.The data show that an extracurricular English learning program is made,and fewer students can adjust the English learning program according to the actual situation.Only a few students can have their own plans when they study independently and do the task of individual and group collaboration.Conscious use of listening,reading and writing strategies.After rethinking and summarizing,it is proposed that the "creative task" should be added to the "student production micro class",the teachers and students sign the study plan,and the teachers strengthen the three aspects of the guidance to the students' learning strategies.The data show that the students' use of learning strategy awareness and learning plan awareness change significantly,indicating that the optimization measures have a positive impact on the two aspects of the training of students.This research mainly obtains the following four aspects: 1."creative task" is an effective breakthrough point,and also an effective test standard.2.autonomous learning mode based on flipped classroom plays a positive role in promoting students' autonomous learning.3.students' participation in micro class production can not only reduce the teaching burden of teachers,improve the practical application and analysis of language and other aspects,but also improve the students' self-learning ability.4.students' awareness of learning planning and the awareness and ability to use learning strategies need long-term training and training.Teachers should help the students to make personalized learning plans according to each student's situation and constantly improve their learning planning awareness and ability.In daily teaching,teachers should pay attention to guide and train students to understand and use English listening,speaking,reading,writing and other learning strategies.The cultivation of self-learning ability needs the joint efforts of teachers and students.Because of the limited time and energy,there are still shortcomings and needs to be improved in this study.For example,the study on the law of students' learning is not deep enough,and there are still some problems and shortcomings in teaching design,which need to be perfected in the follow-up study.With the growing maturity of the flipped class teaching,we believe that teachers will find out more effective ways and strategies to improve students' self-learning ability,so that the flipping classroom teaching model has played a greater advantage in improving students' autonomous learning.
